HI I hope guests take time to read all the other 5 star reviews rather than the below factually incorrect review! This is the first time I have ever been called rude and I am staggered, reviews constantly refer to our excellent communication and we genuinely do everything in our power to make guests happy, you will see from the correspondence I certainly wasnt being rude to you! I was going out of my way to help you, your communication back from the tone of your first email was incredibly poor . To reassure guests and explain facts I will address point by point. I am not aware of another property manager who would offer to do shopping as the supermarket was closed on Easter Sunday at cost. You don’t mention in addition you had a great welcome pack free of charge . Your pool is cleaned twice a week, had it not been it would have turned green. You agree the water was clear hence showing it had been cleaned, When it is cleaned its vacced, it was very windy for much of your stay so in between cleans we have a large net that guests use for any stray leaves etc. The villa was spotless on your arrival so I was shocked to turn up on your departure and see water and mould on my bathroom wall. A leak had unfortunately sprung on the roof , water was flowing out of the overflow pipe and you hadnt reported it, maybe you hadn’t noticed ? but it looked very bad and water was coming down the bathroom wall and I am shocked if you suddenly saw marks on your wall after a few days you hadn’t realised something wasn’t right and reported , this has now created damp which being left for so long is now a big fix, had you messaged as per the instructions on your welcome letter for any maintenance we could have got the plumber to the leak immediately but obviously if we are not made aware we are unable to do anything til we discover ourselves on your departure, The works on the strip are now complete and it looks amazing, they were due to be completed by the end of April so sorry they weren’t but this is obviously totally out of our control! other guests have not had the same issues you had with it and have left lovely reviews after some fantastic dining experiences. All bars and restaurants were open and I even did a list of them all and how to access?! there aren’t any “ back alleyways” there are large car parks to the rear and the entrances leading from these are the ones guests who have driven use anyway? So its not some seedy back entrance. There are also many Cliffside places which are stunning and are also in the villa guide. The walk to the strip is a maximum of 15 minutes not 30 minutes, unless maybe you went a long way round or got lost? 2km would take you into Peyia. I did such a detailed reply of where you could go and where we had been in the past week to try and help you? This however was ignored by yourself. I hope this answers and explains the truth behind your stay. Regards Lisa

Hi, We are so pleased you had a great stay with us and it was lovely to meet you on several occasions. We are so pleased you love the villa. It’s location and facilities so much you have already booked for next year. Next year you will see all the improvements to the main strip that they are doing this winter, fortunately, it will all be finished towards in April. Most restaurants are open throughout this period with access explained in the villa, plus we have the lovely seafront, villa, restaurants, and bars that are all open and the village of Peyia so plenty to choose from.
