Nous avons passé un bon moment ici et je le recommande vivement à ceux qui veulent profiter de la proximité de la plage tout en ayant de l'intimité. Bien qu'il ne soit pas loin du supermarché, de la plage ou des bars/restos, je recommande fortement d'avoir au moins une voiture.

Fantastic Villa

Nice villa with sea view from the garden

We had a nice stay and the contact with Ezoria and our contact persons Dave and Michelle was a very big pleasure. We definitely felt welcome and we are going to rent a villa from Ezoria again.

Relaxing and comfortable

The property was spotless on arrival and given the very hot weather during our stay we were delighted with the efficiency of the air conditioning. The property proved deceptively spacious with an open aspect towards the sea, yet still affording privacy. The pool was larger than expected and well maintained and the provision of towels for the sun beds was an added bonus. Although the supermarket was within easy walking distance we would still advise a rental car. The very few minor issues were promptly dealt with by Dave who was both friendly and professional. We spent 4 relaxing weeks at this property and would happily recommend it.

Lovely private villa

Loved our stay at Villa Cassia , nice and quiet street, and walking distance to the strip ( about 20 mins) but would recommend a car. Not as much personal touches as we’re used too, like welcome pack, info book, local menus etc but that’s nitpicking. The local manager Dave left us in peace but when needed was contactable and very quick to help and informative. The bbq was a bit ropey but other than that the villa was wonderful and we will certainly be considering it again for our next Cyprus visit.

Very relaxing but car needed

We just had 2 weeks here. Very spacious and clean Villa. Could do with a few upgrades like change of sun beds, they’re not very comfortable. Also the tv box freezes all the time, very annoying. The kitchen crockery and cutlery could do with upgrading. But apart from that, beds are comfy, showers were good and the pool is amazing. I’d recommend a car as it was a fair walk to the shops and restaurants especially when it’s 34/40 degrees heat. Overall a nice villa.

Great location in quiet area

Great location within walking distance of large supermarket . About 15 mins walk to the coral bay strip with good selection of places to eat . Pool area is great and gets the sun all day and lovely view of the sea too.

Perfect relaxation

The Villa was spotless throughout and exactly as described on the listing. We have stayed in many other villas and this was by far the cleanest! I guess we all have slightly different expectations, and if I could recommend a few points it would be some investment in slightly more comfortable garden furniture and maybe some sail awnings to assist with shade especially near the patio table area. The kitchen was very well equipped with an excellent washing machine, a must for a 10 day stay! It would have been nice to have some bathroom bin bags supplied for in light of the tissue paper requirements, but this is a minor point. We were able to enjoy all sporting TV events and some of the latest released films in the internet TV, a few pointers to use the internet TV would have helped but we eventually worked it out. All in all we had a lovely relaxing holiday in a super clean villa that was well equipped in a quiet location with a super super pool! And I think we will return next year!
