The staffers were horrible, I ended leaving the hotel stay for another hotel because America inn employees were so rude and unprofessional. They so call Surpvisor was even horrible. After I told her to leave the hotel. She told me “ get out of my hotel” and told the other employee to call the police on me.

John the sitation was very out of control and you know that we take calling the police on our customers very seriously and never happens, but this was definitly and exception. MY staff and myself were very polite and courteous to you but I will not allow by staff to be disrepected the way you were talking to them we asked you nicely to calm down and you wpouldntso yes you wer asked to leave. Nobody deserves to be talked to that way. I hope things are well for you.

Shameful property

This property is a shame. The spa is boarded up permanently. The ice machine didn’t work. There was a cockroach that crawled across the desk with the light on at around 7:30 in the morning. Upon checkout, the printers were not operational so I was unable to get a receipt for my stay. I paid at the property so now I have no receipt. The manager called my phone while I was at the hospital for a medical procedure. My daughter, an adult, answered my phone and explained to the manager that I was a patient having a procedure and ask how she could help her. The manager was rude and explained that since I booked through a third party she’s not obligated to provide a receipt and told my daughter she didn’t appreciate her “attitude”. When my daughter requested to speak to the manager she was told she was speaking to the manager. So my daughter requested the contact information for the district manager. She was told she wasn’t getting that information and was hung up on. I will say the front desk staff last night and this morning were cordial. The manager could learn from them.

Hello Anita I think you should have a talk with your adult daughter about being truthful. When I called your phone she immidiatly asked very rudely why I was calling your phone. I said I am the manager at Americinn and was trying to assisit with getting the correct information to you also I had no idea you were having a procedure done in sayingthat yes our printers were down and we were not able to print off for you , you had left an email and normally we would simply email you a copy my front desk clerk was correct our procedure is that once you book through a third party even paing here which you elected to do they are your reciept information this is because of what you are actually being charged by them and we are not to disclose this information aslo your daughter would not let me speak she was yelling and wouldnt let me respond I said I am sorry I cant do it and that she should have an email from them so she had the information she needed itwasnt what she wanted to hear my clerk asked how your stay was you never resonded with anything negative no mention of the issues you are now stating your duaghter said many uncalled for things then asked for a manager I said I was and that I was trying to help her she said i want the district mangaer and corporate number thgen said she is calling hthe health department which I respnded she was welcome to do so she hung not me then called back i was on the other line at that point with a customer i picked up the second line when she realized it was me she hung up again i called her back andthe yelling started again never did i tell her i didnt appreciate her attitude she acused me of being rude i said i have been nothing but kind and helpful to you which seemed to iritate her i also never told her she wasnt getting any contact information i said you are welcome to call whomever you like she said well we want a refund and i responded that we would issue no refund and that no complaints had beeen made at the time of your stay my clerk asked how your stay which you personally responded it was good The one statement that you have said in this entire complaint is that my staff is GREAT AND POLITE AND TRAINED TO BE THAT BY ME because we belive in being very courteous and friendly and helpful to all of our guests Its only when you didnt get the response you wanted that there was an issue not becuase i was being rude i purposly went out of my way so you wern't wondering why an emailed reciept never came I was trying to be courteous and helpful!!! The hot tub is nicely boared over because we havnt a hot tub in many years, we have reached out to multiple search engines to please take it down, we have a large very nice pool but no hot tub and we are sorry about any inconveniance. The ice machine you are correct and it is getting fixed, and we are apologetic about this. I know I like ice also and it should be oporational. Not sure why this went so wrong it certainly wasnt necessary. I hope you procedure went wel

I was charged $50.00 for property damage. When i called to inquire about this i was told that sheets were soiled with body fluids and they couldnt get stains out. I checked with my family and and my Mom had spelt coffee in upper right corner of sheets. I tried to talk to Manager Amanda about this and she wouldn't let me speak. She kept saying body fluids and stains wouldn't come out. I asked if they had been washed and stains wouldn't come out and she said NO, so i was trying to ask questions about how she knew stains wouldn't come out and she didn't allow me to ask anything. She was very rude. I said fine since i can't ask questions, i will call Corporate office to discuss. Which i did. Also another issue that happened was the sidewalk in front of main door was uneven. My 85 year old Mom tripped but caught herself so she didn't fall. A complaint was made and the young man working the desk on Friday night listened to concern and walked outside with me to point out our concern. He put up a floor sign to be aware and said he would point it out to management.

Suzanne I am writing this again in response to your recent stay. Your cooncerns you have voiced on several sites, are not valid or honest. I am sorry that the reasonable and honest answer I provided you isnt what you want to hear. You are correctin that there were boodily fluids on the items and taht we did charge 50 that is where what actually took place ends. There were stains on the shhets, they were made by your family member, we did charge, you did call upset, I said I am sorry but we will nottake the charge away, you asked very rudely if we had even tried to wash them , to which I responded with you continuing to yell at me that yes we had infact. You wouldnt let me get a word in edge wise and I get it this had upset you. You continued to talk over me trying to help and said you would call corporate and hung up on me. I recieved your complaint from them and responded, that we infact will be keeping the charges, as damage that we couldnt fix had been done. I hope for you the best in the future.

Everything else was fine. I've stayed here before and came back because it's ideally located for my needs. Only criticism is that the breakfast offerings aren't nearly as good as they once were. Cereal was stale. Ran out of yogurts. No apples or bananas as there once were. And biscuits 'n gravy every morning isn't all that appealing

Flat pillows , pool not heated. Tied condition. Staff though were good.
