For the future maybe send someone in to check and make sure everything is working. For people needing to work its an inconvenience to have to go somewhere with wifi especially when you have paid for that service included in the price.

This place was perfect for us in that it was an easy drive to the University and a nice place to stay while searching for apartments for him. Plenty of restaurants around, and a quiet area. Pleasant stay.
