The Importance of Rest

In our fast-paced world, the Bible reminds us that rest and family time are essential for both our physical and spiritual well-being. God set aside the Sabbath as a day of rest, showing us that we need to pause, reflect, and recharge. Family, too, is a gift, providing love and support, and creating strong bonds that help us weather life's storms. Taking time for both allows us to be the best versions of ourselves and to honor God's design for balance in our lives. Our host was precious, and the location was perfect for rest and relaxation.

AWESOME PLACE
Posted Jul. 15, 2024 on HomeAwayThe home is great! we enjoyed our stay, was very close to lots of activities ( golf, movies, restaurants). the house was very well furnished in all areas. we loved the pool table and my sons really loved the kayaks on the lake fishing. great neighborhood, very friendly neighbors. the home owner took very good care of us. we will stay again.

Friends Weekend
Posted Jun. 17, 2024 on HomeAwayOur weekend was perfect at Papas Paradise! The porch was perfect to hang out in the mornings and evenings. The dock was so relaxing with the fans going. The boys got to play ping pong. The dinner table was perfect for playing cards. The beds were very comfortable and the location was close to everything we needed. Plan on coming back!!

Posted Apr. 29, 2024 on HomeAwayWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Papa’s Paradise! The house was nice and stocked with all the necessities and clean! The owner was very responsive and kind! Would definitely stay here again for another family trip.
