El hotel bien, lobby e instalaciones muy amenas, en la habitación la cama estaba muy dura y lo comento x q en la publicidad de sus instalaciones comentan el confort de sus camas, pero no lo es así, de ahí en fuera bien en lo demás.

Charming
It is a nice Mexican style hotel with a large, lanscaped central garden & pool, nice restaurant, easy to find on main road through the city. Their philosophy is very friendly. We would go back and also try their sister hotels in other cities.

if you want a comfortable bed don't book here. VERY firm. other than that it was overall a decent option. they did have a large parking area for my vehicle and its trailer. it is not easy to get tot he hotel from the main highway.

Mixed feelings.
We enjoyed the peace and quiet of our third floor room, which was reasonably spacious and well-maintained. Some paint touchups were needed, the toilet seat did not stay up and the floor could have been swept better when the room was cleaned after our first night's stay. Our main concern was with the original room we were assigned on our arrival. It did not match the booking we had made on-line and the front desk people were at first unwilling to upgrade to match that arrangement. Although we booked a king-sized bed, we doubt the hotel had them, in which case the on-line details should be changed to match what is actually available at the hotel.
