Was not made aware that our hotel building would be under going pesticide treatment prior to booking or arrival. Had multiple live, dead, roaches and ants crawling.

Great family venue
Publié le 29 avr. 2024 sur HotelsI booked this last minute due to a change in direction and although I thought I would hate this family hotel as a solo traveller, it was great.
I loved that the beach area was quiet and the gym was empty. The room was standard layout and functional. For families this is a great hotel, lots to do!
There are lots of events going on which can get quite noisy but they all finished at a decent time.
My only negative would be - as a solo traveller they didn't expect this. While say trying to order food I was ignored for a while as the assumption was someone would join me, it would have been nice to have been asked instead of having to approach the bar to get someone's attention.

Convienrnt for a family
Publié le 28 janv. 2024 sur HotelsPerfect for a family of young kids but also brings the big kid out of you . My best friend loved the pool & the inflatables. Breakfast is noisy & crowded but if you have patient you will enjoy it
