Quaint village in Maine

Not good for someone who would have mobility issues. One would expect this with the age of the house. You can also get fresh lobster right next door.

Wonderful Stay on the Corea Harbor

Sweet Getaway!
Publié le 28 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved this place! House is old, but very functional! This house is off the beaten track and access to groceries is very limited. Bring what you need with you. Lunch on the Wharf is just down the road and did not disappoint. To clarify, the house has two kings, one queen and 3 twins. Would highly recommend!

Great Thanksgiving weekend in Maine
Publié le 10 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful (Canadian) thanksgiving weekend at this beautiful farmhouse. It's situated halfway between Halifax and our friends in Boston and was the right size for our group of 9, which includes 5 teenagers and 4 adults. The large family room is great for games, puzzles, reading or relaxing. There were some recent renovations in the bedrooms, kitchen, dinning room and also a large new deck. The location is beautiful overlooking the Corea harbour and is steps for a lobster coop where you can get fresh lobster!. This is our 3rd time here and will plan to come again next year!

Fantastic place

Girls Trip!

We had a group of 7, and there was plenty of bedroom space for all of us, we never felt claustrophobic, and we never fought over showers since there were 2 full baths. The house was clean when we arrived and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. The kitchen worked great, we enjoyed multiple sunsets on the back porch, there was plenty of space at the dining room table and living room for us to hang out, and we even got cozy around the firepit one night. Cindy is also a great innkeeper, as she was great with communication leading up to our check-in date, and she checked in via text multiple times throughout our stay. And although it is about an hour drive to Acadia/Bar Harbor, we loved the place and would definitely recommend to other groups looking to stay in the area.
