The bungalow room I stayed at had a urine smell the first day, which they came to mop but the smell was still there. I wasnt sure if it was the wood smell bc of all the moisture. Super friendly and kind staff. Perfect location to enjoy the beach and have food to be served. The food was decent and staff always welcoming with a smile.

Great Hotel in a great location, right across the beautiful white sand/ blue water beach. Staff was really nice and helpful, great music and ambiance at night. Food was good, loved that the breakfast was included and that there was a free shuttle service that picked us up from the airport and dropped us off.
Some things that can be improved are the availability of the spa service. I stayed for five nights, and unfortunately, I wasn't able to get all the services I wanted because the lady was on call and was pending her schedule. Also, there are a lot of locals selling stuff on the beach. While it is nice to help out and give back, at times, it is overwhelming to be offered things while trying to just relax on the beach.

The only thing that i was upset it was the mistake in the itinerary. I book one room for four people and Expedia send me the itinerary for one room foe one person. This is an error, please contact the right person to fix it. Because at the end the turist will have to pay a difference for the stay. Thank you.
