The only thing that i was upset it was the mistake in the itinerary. I book one room for four people and Expedia send me the itinerary for one room foe one person. This is an error, please contact the right person to fix it. Because at the end the turist will have to pay a difference for the stay. Thank you.

We have stayed here at Arenas Beach Hotel six times in the last two years. There was a one year gap since our last last visit. Most of the staff and locals still remembered us. The hotel needs some improvements. We noticed a decline in the condition of the property, linens, beach furniture etc. The staff is awesome and the views are perfect.

Needs more loving and care!
Publié le 1 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel is understaffed and is in need of repairs. I had never been there before BUT I went with some friends that have rated and spoken about the hotel very highly. However, this time they said that their service and aesthetics have deteriorated. On the bright side, the beach is absolutely beautiful. Pristine waters. Not that many people.

The beds are hard, shower cold, thin walls, and the AC is your savior. Beach is clean and calm water. Food was ok. This is your best option on the beach for a short stay.

It was just one of those way over priced places that had very little to offer. Noisy rooms, expensive mediocre food, expensive drinks and slow rude wait staff (not all but most).
