Nice hotel nice view a little far from town

We loved the view and the beach of this hotel, the rooms are also very nice. There is a lot of wind in this side of the island and is a little far from the town. we were a little disappointed of the restaurant, during of 5 days we couldn't eat fresh fish because they didn't have some products and they had a kitchen problem. Also the dishes are always the same (it would be nice to change at least 1 or 2 dishes every week) and you are forced to eat there every night because you need 30 min to go to the village. The staff was very very nice but one member was kind of rude (nora) she interrupted us during our last diner just to make sure that we were going to check out at the time required by the hotel and called the next morning to confirm again (!) thanks all for our nice stay :)

Amazing stay. Will definitely be back! It was very up to date, clean and the food was amazing! The staff was so accommodating and their service was 10/10. Thank you to Gordon for being amazing during our stay.

Todo está muy bueno nos gustó mucho. Solo la comida ocupa tener un poco más de variedad para el paladar latino.

The Best Hotel in Central America! Unbelievable!

This hotel and island, was one of the best experiences I ever had in my travels. The island is unbelievable, it is un discovered, not developed, very peaceful, no cars, no bikes, etc. The service and management were top tier. Mr. Ricardo is the best! This place has a special place in my heart and I will for sure be back often! Thank you!

Sad state

Sadly the service and the pricing did not match the view or the location. I can imagine say 6 years ago it really was the place to escape too and relax, todag far from it. The idlsnd itself has been totally disregarded, poor maintence, garbage literally everywhere... no pride in nature , no conservation or maintenance. At the resort the finer attention to detail was lacking ... example forgetting to clean our room, constantly having to ask for water, milk, coffee, clean towels etc. Food poor quality for what wS being charged. Will not be returning nor will we be recommending to others.
