It was a ten out my ten my husbands in the military so we stay there on and off till we get moved

Room was like a sauna, air conditioning hardly worked. Room was filthy, stains all over bedding, nasty shower.

Toilet did not work, bathtub was nasty. Parking was good for a semi truck, quiet and safe place to stay.

The bathtub didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time. Soap scum and dirt in it.

It was a last minute stay it was ok clean the beds looked brand new the ac was ice cold I had a handicap room for my sister in law the bathroom space was great for her wheel chair to get in and out of

Very disappointed! The air conditioning was not turned on prior to our arrival with the outside temps tire at 96 degrees. There was plenty of time for this , check in is at 3pm.. and I called the motel to let them know I wouldn’t be checking in until 1130pm. It is advertised as continental breakfast, upon arrival there was a letter posted in the office that stated “We do not serve breakfast, but there is coffe in your room.’ Even the binder in the room with info in it stated they served breakfast from 6am til 9pm. The main reason why I booked the hotel was because it has a outdoor swimming pool, there was also a sign in the office ‘Our swimming pool is unavailable at this time.’ I reserved 2 nights, arrived at 1130pm the first night and the next morning housekeeping knocked on the door at 11am (which is check out time) I told them ‘No thank you, we just got in last night’ Not even 15 minutes later a staff member came banging on the door asking if we were going to check out. I told him No we payed for a 2 night stay, and he demanded for me to call the front desk. After telling him I am getting ready for a wedding at the moment, I will have to do so later… he stood with his foot in the door and called the front desk himself. They finally agreed I payed for 2 nights. Left to go to the wedding, came back to motel and my key card did not work! Had to walk up to the office to get it situated. I would of rather paid the price for a 5 star hotel then be let down again by this place

Things were not clean. I went to the store and bought bleach to clean the bathroom.
