The location was perfect for us. We like to wander the Cornish area, but it is also very convenient to get to Portland or the mountains in New Hampshire. The owners are very accessible for suggestions or assistance. The breakfast meals were excellent. Will definitely stay again.

Delightful getaway
Publié le 16 avr. 2024 sur HotelsThe room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. There is a shared bathroom for the floor, which was fine for us since only one other room was occupied. (I don’t know how that goes when the inn is full.) We did not take advantage of any of the other common areas (living room w/TV, sitting room). The entire house is beautifully decorated in the Victorian style, with lots of furniture, busy wallpaper, and decorative items on the shelves, dressers and side tables. It looked great, but I was afraid to put any of my own things on the dresser because I thought I might overlook them amidst all the other items when it came time to leave.
Our host was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast far surpassed our expectations. I would certainly stay there again.

Hi Jodi! Thank you for your kind review. The floor you were on contains 4 rooms and 2 baths. So the other 2 rooms share a bath. It's very European in nature. These old 1870 homes did not have bathrooms en suite! We hope you you will come stay longer to enjoy the surrounding areas. Cornish has so much to offer!
