Stunning outside and inside
The location of this guest house, perched on a hillside overlooking vineyards, was special in itself, but the interior was both extremely comfortable and filled with features that went well beyond our comfort expectations. Add to that a guest-welcoming bottle of wine and chocolates, and it's a recipe for a memorable stay.We had a wonderful time, and would love to return.

The guest house was perfect and the hosts were very welcoming! They left us yummy chocolates from Gayle's chocolates...do get some to take home, so delicious! They had wine waiting for us, and lots of goodies in the cupboard. Other hosts will have a high bar to follow now! Close to the Verde Canyon Train ride and Dead Horse Ranch State Park. Cottonwood is a cute little town to walk around too. If you want great pizza/Italian try out Bocce in Cottonwood, OMG delicious!

A Better Home Away from Home
This gem of a property made us feel at home - but a better version! Tucked away for maximum privacy but within a few minutes of multiple wineries, this was an amazing stay. Owners, Jean and Jim, were welcoming while respecting privacy. The little personal touches throughout the property - from chocolates upon arrival to toiletries and coffee pods - were above and beyibd the typical rental. Highly recommend!

I don't want to say too many good things, because I want to go back and don't want it to be hard to rent!!! The bungalow is super cute. You're within a stone's throw of four wineries. The owners really go above and beyond with the personal touches. I was there over the weekend just after Valentine's day, and they had a couple of candies out, they had a Valentine's welcome card, wine, etc.... These little touches just added to the experience. There's a great little seating area that overlooks the valley. Definitely worth the rental!!!

Beautiful Tuscany-esque Villa
This is a beautifully decorated villa, abundant with thoughtful attention to detail, high end accessories, and deluxe comforts, such as silk linens, expensive and bountiful towels, bath soaps, candles, etc. The style is reminiscent of villas in Tuscany, Italy. The owners have obviously spent a lot of time (and probably money) decorating the house. In addition, the hosts are extremely helpful and eager to please, going above and beyond to ensure that you enjoy your stay. I think the location provides an excellent balance between the busyness of downtown Sedona (which is quite crowded and commercialized) and being out in the desert. It's about 10 minutes to Sedona, and the drive is beautiful. Being to the west, it makes the drive to Jerome and Cottonwood easier. And it's very close to many vineyards. There is a beautiful bedroom, and a pull out sofa in the living room for an additional guest, which is comfortable. I would note that if your quest who is sleeping in the living room is a late riser, he/she will likely hear you in the kitchen in the morning, as the living room is situated above the kitchen in a sort of split-level style. There's a nice opening in the wall between the kitchen and the LR, with a shade that pulls down. The shade provides privacy, but blocks little noise. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and are making plans to return.

The cottage was very clean, quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Extra personal touches were genuine and we truly appreciated each one, from the bathroom items provided if something was forgotten, plenty of towels, to the kitchen amenities provided (pantry snacks, soups, spices needed if cooking, etc), the pergola area for relaxing, and many others. We will not hesitate to stay again anytime we are in the area - we enjoyed being out of the busy traffic of Sedona, and this cottage was perfect for that, but still close enough that we didn’t feel like we were driving far to get to our hiking trails or to the sightseeing areas. Wonderful visit!

PERFECT STAY!
The property was even better than we expected. The pictures really dont do it justice. Its the perfect location if you're looking to explore Sedona and the surrounding towns like Jerome. Its not far off the main road and easy to find. The place was clean and stocked with essentials and other little goodies. We really wish we could just move in forever it was so great. 11/10 would stay here again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the large springs cottage! Jean is a lovely host, everything was thought out and set up with care. The cottage is beautiful, inside and out! The location is 15 mins from everything! Perfect spot for those who want to be near Sedona but not in it, and are interested in enjoy the many other towns and trails this area has to offer. Everything’s was clean, and kitchen was well equipped (not that we cooked during our stay, so much great food nearby to enjoy as well.) Thank you very much, Jean and Jim! Amanda

Exceptional Stay
My wife and I had a fantastic stay. The property was perfect for us. It is in a great location- close enough from Sedona to allow us to enjoy its beautiful scenery and activities, but away from the crowds etc. The property was very peaceful and quiet- with beautiful views. The hosts were fantastic. I have rented VRBO's numerous times, but I got to say this one had everything we could want or need! Would highly recommend.

A touch of Italy near Sedona
This property is peaceful, clean, well-maintained and furnished with great character. My husband and I truly enjoyed sitting outside. The cottage offers a number of outdoor living spaces. We were visited by hummingbirds which is always a treat. The host family is very welcoming as well.

Amazing place!! Amazing Hosts!! Amazing view!! We will definitely return and highly recommend to everyone. Located in quiet Cornville, minutes from Sedona, Jerome, Oak Creek, Old Town Cottonwood, Clarkdale to name a few popular & interesting locations. Many shops, restaurants and activities to do or just relax and enjoy their beautiful cozy cottage, view and the many hummingbird visitors!! Absolutely a 5 Star Place!!

Cute wine country cottage
This beautiful property is well maintained and generously appointed. We received a welcome gift from our hosts and had a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the afternoon to soak up a little sunshine and watch the horses across the way. The night sky is the clearest and provides the most amazing stargazing experience. We had a peaceful, restful stay and would highly recommend anyone wanting a relaxing getaway from the daily grind!

This property was beyond beautiful, well thought through by the owners, and had an incredible location. The check in process was easy. You walk in to the little kitchen which offers a full coffee bar and tea. The wine and chocolate was a perfect touch to our visit. Unfortunately we were not able to utlize the outside more due to the weather but offered a grill, plenty of furniture and beautiful view of DA ranch winery. Perfect location near Sedona but also offered a small time vibe close to wineries and restaurants. Will definitely come back and would recommend to any future guests!

This cottage has it all.
This is a spacious cottage in a beautiful setting, convenient to the local wineries, Sedona and Cottonwood. Our generous hosts, Jean and Jim Wegner, have created a lovely haven indoors and out. The kitchen is fully appointed and the towels, linens and toiletries were top notch. This is also a great spot for people who enjoy birding and bird photography. There are a number of hotspots nearby, including Bubbling Ponds, Sedona Wetlands Preserve and Deadhorse State Park. Thank you Jean and Jim!!!

What a cute little place! Jean had so many perfect little touches that made it feel cozy and inviting. From fresh flowers to a hand written note to wine & chocolate. We loved the outdoor area to have our wine and see the views. Definitely a great find!

Well appointed mini Italian villa with lots of personal touches. Quiet and secluded yet near lots of wineries, hiking venues, and lovely fall scenery. We had a fun and relaxing time.

Enchanting Cottage! Highly recommend!
Prior to our stay we received a welcoming call from the host which was such a inviting touch to our stay. Upon arrival the owners met with us and we had a chance to personally meet! Jim and Jean are an absolutely lovely couple. They have not spared one thought or touch in creating this beautiful space. From the interior which is beautifully and tastefully done to the exterior space with stunning views. Inside they have beautiful furnishings; one of a kind pieces, copper dining table with leather chairs, cabinets tastefully/artfully painted, faux painting as though you just stepped into a quaint cottage in Tuscany. The kitchen had items stocked for guests to use. Items such as bottled water, juice, milk, coffee creamer and chocolates. The downstairs bed room had quality bedding, en-suite bathroom and ac with everything you will need or forgotten to pack. Upstairs you will find a TV, pullout bed/couch, high top table/chairs, beautiful chess game set up, it’s own shower/bathroom- perfect for others. Outside there are a few seating option with gas fire pit that we used in the evenings while enjoying a complimentary bottle of wine they provided for our stay. We had the pleasure of meeting and sharing some nice conversations with Jim and Jean upon arrival and departure. We would highly recommend! This cottage is in Page Springs is close to everything; Cottonwood, Jerome, Clarksdale and more. Fantastic restaurant is walking distance and is a must - Up the Creek Bistro Wine Bar. Also close to vineyards for wine tasting/live music and horseback riding. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this stay. You will have to go see it for yourself. I promise, you will not be disappointed!! Thank you, Jim and Jean! We are already planning our next trip!!

Tuscan paradise in Sedona
This private guest house was more than beautiful. Artistic, comfortable, peaceful, charming, well stocked. We had everything and more that we needed in the kitchen and bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was small and charming and had everything we needed to make full meals. The bed was very comfortable. Having two bathrooms was so nice also. The outdoor patio was great also. Enjoying the hummingbirds and sounds of the desert. Sipping coffee watching the sunrise and sunset. Grilling steaks and brats on the gas grill. We would not choose to stay anywhere else the next time in Sedona Arizona. Oh, and did I mention, three vineyards just down the road.

A lovely and comfortable place
This lovely house is located in a relatively remote but senic place. Our family loved the location and the decoration. Moreover, it was extremely thoughtful of the hosts to stock up snacks, food and wine for the guest to consume for the first day or so, especially the house is a bit far from supermarket or shops. Thank you. In short, we enjoyed staying in this place very much.
