Avis 3-Story Dog-Friendly Oceanside Home w/Private Pool, Game Room, Hot Tub, & Grill

We stayed July 7th through the 11th and had a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect home for multigenerational families. Plenty of space with multiple full bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals to include a bonus fridge on the lower level. Pool was perfect with lots of daytime sun. Short walk to the beach (5-8 minutes) with a lifeguard on duty. Beautiful community close to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. Can’t wait to visit again!

House was not real clean .. no screens on any windows . House was perfect size for our group , pool and hot tub were great . No cable , which was not in the description at all and tvs were not smart tvs so we could not even stream tv . Some of the outlets sparked when tried to use … house just definitely needs updating .

Our group of 10 adults enjoyed our stay! Check in was simple enough... the keypad/door lock were a little fussy, but we figured it out. All of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces were clean, spacious enough, and homey. The main living room TV is not that "smart", so bring your own streaming system capability if that matters to you (apple tv, amazon fire stick, roku streaming stick, etc). The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare, cook, serve, and eat all different kinds of meals. However, bring your own dish soap, dishwasher soap, and trash bags. The hot tub area, pool area, and the additional lower level fridge were perfect additions to the stay. Communication through Vrbo/Vacasa was quick, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process from booking to check out. The neighborhood is peaceful and the house has a lot of privacy from most sides because there are lots of trees surrounding the house. The house is about 5-8 min walk to the ocean side beach... there is a little sand trail in the cul-de-sac/corner of the street that cuts more quickly to the street leading to the beach (exit the house, from the end of the driveway, go right and you'll see a little trail). Overall an excellent rental and a relaxing stay!

Awesome location and property. The pool table was a big hit with the family. Just a ten minute walk from the beach. The only negative is the house wasn’t very clean upon our arrival. The trash cans in the kitchen were still full and a lot of the dishes in the cabinet were not cleaned properly. Overall a great place to stay, we even ended up extending our vacation an extra day because we were having such a great time.
