Kees is a terrible management company. We arrived & found the AC not working for the 2nd floor (main living area) & 3rd floor bedroom. The kitchen floor was not swept and we were walking all over food droppings. The kitchen counters were not washed, nor was the toaster which had crumbs all over the top. The coffee pot did not have a basket for the grounds. One bathroom had toothbrush spittle on the faucet and handles & a glob of Toothpaste on the countertop. One towel & 1 wash cloth for each person for the duration of our 4 night stay. On night one they installed 2 windows AC units on the main floor & never addressed or responded to the 3rd floor. They did not sliced towels/wash cloths until the 3rd night. They were informed that their provided soap dispensers were empty (informed at arrival). They came off the 3rd day & filled hand soap. In process they over filfed one and it over flowed all over the 1/2 bath floor. They never sent anyone to come clean it up. Each phone call they pretended to care and said they would take care of the issues, but did not follow through. Horrible cleaning crew & management.

Everything was good. Stairs are pretty but too much to climb with bad back n knees problems. Would like the first floor to be like the second floor. Kitchen n king size bed instead the bunk bed. It would been good for me n my wife. Enjoyed the stay.

The villa was wonderful and had plenty of space for the family. The communication of the exact location and amenities that were available to us, or rather unavailable, was lacking, making the trip a bit stressful as we had to resort to multiple different parties to ask questions. The check out instructions were unclear as well with no way to clarify them.

The property was a mess. Housekeeping did not prepare the property for our arrival. With Covid they should have cleaned this property and prepared it for our arrival. I even found dirty dishes in the cabinet.

For our first vacation as a new family, we absolutely enjoyed ourselves! The home was so spacious and everything you could think of was included! An amazing hot tub, a grill already ready with propane, four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and all the cooking ware that you could think of! A washer and dryer included as well! Such a beautiful view and a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be recommending Kees vacation homes to everyone we know!! Thank you for the amazing opportunity that we will cherish for the rest of our lives!

The place was quite, had a room to play with the foozball the hut tub and the fact that each room had its own bathroom. The house was big enough. It was lovely. We had a great time.

Potential Safety Issue during check-in
Publié le 10 nov. 2020 sur HotelsI was given the wrong property address by Hotels.com and the passcode by KEES Vacations to another property. This situation could have been a huge safety issue since I was trying to enter the wrong property during check-in late at night since I wasn't told by Hotels.com that there was a change.
