OBX Weeklong Stay
Publié le 25 août 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty was as advertised. Very clean unit with easy walking access to the beach. Local shopping all within 5 minutes of the condo. Quiet area. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick summer getaway.

Lovely unit!

The pool was well maintained and great for kids. And the beach was only a short walk away! Overall we had a great experience here and would highly recommend.

Perfect for us!

The short walk to the beach made an easy day of going from beach to house when needed. The beach was not busy and at times felt very private. We would do this again in a heartbeat!

Lovely unit close to beach

The neighborhood itself is a little “tired” looking which of course is no fault of this particular units owner. The walk to the beach is very easy but again you are walking past buildings and some units that are a bit unkempt. Overall a great place for 2 people when all the larger Corolla houses would have been just too much space.

Very welcoming and homey
Publié le 23 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe stay was really nice. The area had a good vibe to it and a very spacious condo. We thought we would have been able to see the ocean from our 3rd level deck, but that wasn't the case, no big deal. We still had a great time.

Awesome house
Publié le 10 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe condo was great and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. We loved the seashell basket where everyone let their name and stay. The only thing I feel is a call out is the information on fridge needs updated says there is a hot tub and we never saw one.

Family Reunion
Publié le 8 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayHad a great stay and visit with family members. Only one negative comment- a very strong smell from pot smoke in the unit. Sprayed air freshener but didn’t help.

Thank you for choosing Ocean Breeze for your vacation and for your comments. Please know that this is a NO SMOKING property, and we take comments like this very seriously. If you had called to report this incident during your stay, it absolutely would have been investigated and resolved immediately. Instead, we weren't made aware of this until this review after your vacation. We have since contacted the owners and property managers of the other units in this building that had rentals during this same time frame. The guests causing the smell were identified, and the owner of that unit has pursued remedial action, including banning that guest from renting with them again. While we cannot control what happens in other surrounding properties, we do take comments like this very seriously and are thankfully in a community with other owners and property managers who care enough to do the same.
