Amazing house and host!
Publié le 18 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was perfect for our family! Very well stocked kitchen! Enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board that were provided to use in the canal right out back! Wild horses literally under the house while we were there, beautiful! Kevin was amazing! We called because propane was low and he was there in less than 20 minutes. The next day he drove by on a boat and we were on the deck and stopped to check if we were ok. Couldn’t ask for a better host! Thanks Kevin!

A great lifestyle experience

An entire neighborhood covered in sand was so different but well worth the experience. We loved it.

Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe live fairly close to OBX and visit frequently. We really wanted a place that was away from the crowded area of OBX and didn't require a week minimum rental. Loved the layout, access to the sound, and proximity to the beach. Enjoyed the kayaks, fishing, and seeing the horses. Great communication with owner. We will definitely be back!

Great house for nice beach vacation
Publié le 24 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house is excellent. It has a cool layout with the primary bed and bathroom on the top floor along with the kitchen, eating area and family room. Then the mid floor has three rooms and the basement has one room, a bathroom, and another family room. Both the mid and top levels have wrap around balconies so enjoy the great views.
It’s a short walk to the beach or just drive there.
You have to drive about 10miles on the beach to get to the house so bring food and supplies as that 10mile drive takes about 40min.
The WiFi is great so I could get a little work done while here.
The canoes/kayaks are fun and, generally this is a great place to stay and I would totally come back here.
