Quiet getaway

The hostess with the mostest
Publié le 15 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and could not have been made to feel more welcome. I loved the bunches of flowers, and herbs through the cottage. It was cosy, quiet and comfortable. The fire was set for us if we needed it. The cottage is perfectly placed to be handy to town and amenities, as well.

Cosy oasis
Publié le 1 août 2024 sur HomeAwayI felt so welcomed at Shirley’s. The photos of the cottage do not do justice to how lovely it is. It is designed so beautifully and has everything you would need for a stay. To have the fire going and tūī feeding in the tree right outside the window on a winters day was truely idyllic. Thanks for having me.

I felt very lucky to get to experience their hospitality and share in the beautiful slice of life they enjoy. What can I say that hasn’t been said? Just book this place you won’t regret it!

Publié le 25 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property is well over and above expectation. Everything is top of the range. Beautiful linen, towels etc. Very well equiped kitchen. Comfy (felt like new,) bed. Very cosy with wood burner and heat pump. Fresh flowers beautifully arranged. Just a few minutes drive to town. Gorgeous quiet, private garden. Highly recommend.

Wonderful and cozy cottage!

Great place to stay
