Un endroit magique
Publié le 6 mars 2019 sur HotelsC’est un très bel endroit, la plage est magnifique et les bungalows ont une vue sur la mer. Les buffets étaient vraiment délicieux. En conclusion, un merveilleux séjour, même si c’est un peu cher!

It has taken me a long time to review this property as I rather not complain about personal experiences. But as I look at the scars from insect bites on my arms, I feel others need to be aware.
The hotel customer service is poor. There is a strong mentality of ‘not my job’ among the staff. Except for the room where the owner stays, rooms have doors that do not lock, insect nests by the doors, flees in beds and generally not very clean. I also got food poisoning from a tour arranged by the hotel which makes me think they do not qualify their vendors yet charge commission for arranging.
I stayed here for the diving place which has a very good reputation but could not wait to leave. The positives were the excellent chef and a new receptionist who was trying her best with very little help from the management.

We take all reports seriously, and while this was an isolated incident with our long-standing tour operator, when you brought it to our attention, we immediately took steps to investigate. We found that you were the only guest on this tour who had this concern. We're pleased that you enjoyed the culinary offerings of the resort and appreciated the efforts of our new receptionist. We will pass along your positive remarks. We take pride in our team's commitment to excellent service and will continue to support and train them to meet our guests' expectations. It is unfortunate that, despite the efforts of our other dedicated team members to assist with all your requests, you still found them lacking.Regarding your statement about your desire to leave. On your first night, when you expressed dissatisfaction with the resort, we offered to accommodate your request to leave and refund the remainder of your stay.Additionally, we offered to arrange your boat transfer to the new resort of your choosing, which you declined choosing to continue your stay with us anyway.We strive to provide a distinctive and natural environment for our patrons, and we understand fully that this may not suit everyone's preferences. This is a beautiful place in the middle of paradise. I truly enjoy the scenery, the water, the food, the staff.

The staff was wonderful. Trasnportation to and from the airport was excelent and on time. When we arrived there were some issues woth our room which was addressed quickly. The resort overall is a beautiful paradise. The food was amazing. We also did the island tour which was amazing. Our tour guides were awesome and so helpful. I honestly could not ask for more.

Such a beautiful place Eat, Sleep, Relax, Kayaking and one of the best diving in the world. So much to do on the Islands that you need minimum 1 week or maybe more.
Special thanks to Pam, the restaurant manager for taking care of us. She is such a nice lady to talk to and beautiful Amber for hanging out with us.

Sangat Island is a literal hidden oasis. I honestly could not find fault in anything. The staff were incredible, location was stunning and the multitude of activities ensured there was never a dull moment. I cant wait to come back!

Amazing location with the most beautiful reef I’ve seen so far. Saw a large variety of fish and a very massive turtle. Asma was lovely and a great host, answered all my questions before I knew I had them!
Only thing I would say is the set menu can be quite limiting, although the dishes were lovely and local, some more choice would have been preferred but overall wonderful - chefs did a great job!!
