Run down, noise all day and night. Bright lights come through odd door windows. Beds creek when moving. TVs outdated and no instructions on how to use. WiFi was down the entire time. Located between the busiest streets in Coronado.

Loud area. The bed was about the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever experienced. Must have been a shared water heater for the building because it wouldn’t get above warm for two days. We asked to change rooms due to the bed issue and noise and the staff moved us without issue- but it was still terrible and we wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless it’s the last option.

Good location and parking but immediately next to a very busy street and windows were NOT double paned as far as I could tell. Coffee maker great, however no regular coffee in room, only decaf, and office was across 2 major streets. Nice bathroom, heater worked for cold-blooded me, 2 blankets available. TV worked but channel choices was limited. Bikes available and a great area to walk with a beautiful view of downtown San Diego and a great area to walk- beautiful neighborhoods nearby.

Everything was great! Remodelled room and staff was nice. Water takes a bit to get warm for the shower but they are still remodeling a room or two on the property so that could be why. But it worked out great for a quick work trip and easy all the way around. Thanks and happy holidays

Great stay
Check in was super smooth, Cheryl was great. Only a couple blocks from the ferry landing with lots of places to get food and drinks there and along the way. Just a hop, skip and a jump from the Hotel Del and everything in that direction. Would definitely book again.

We booked the wrong hotel less the 24hrs before checking in. So we tried getting a refund which they stated that"they can't offer refunds or partial refunds for cancellation due to hotel policy" I was okay with a partial refund but they refused. So they can keep my money and rent it out the room to make more money. Not good business. Don't use a 3rd party hotel service, the hotel gets paid before you show up.

The price was right, but the room was very small and the bathroom/shower even smaller. Too much noise outside since it's next to a road with lotsa traffic all through the night. Did not sleep well.
