Extrêmement bien situé

Excellent séjour d'une nuit dans cet hôtel sur Coronado, chambre propre. Attention pas de réception mais tout est organisé pour récupérer les clés. Situé à quelques minutes a pied de l'embarcadère pour aller sur San diego. La décoration de cet établissement est sympa et agréable. parking et wifi gratuit.

Très bon hôtel. Seul défaut: manque d'insonorisation pour faire face aux bruits de la circulation en face.

Consiglio questa struttura se si vuole passare un po’ di tempo a San Diego, comoda, nel complesso pulita, ottima posizione. Le stanze forse troppo piccole per questo consiglierei soggiorni brevi

Staff was great. Room was a good size for me. Furnishing were a bit old. Room had a smell, windows did not open.

Very disappointing

Had a hard time getting into room. Didn't receive text with information for "self-check in". No one at the office. Finally due to another guest giving me a cell phone number, I was able to get room key. Post check out, I was billed $82 for "missing" pillow and blanket. I used the cell phone number to text the property and after threatening to dispute the transaction on my credit card, a credit was issued. The carpet was really dirty in the room. I have previously stayed at this hotel and am sad to see how it has declined in management.

Hello Deborahthank you very much for your review. We are truly sorry to hear about carpet and can confirm that the carpet has been changed. In terms of what happened at check in, we sent the check-in message to the number you submitted when making this reservation, if that was not your phone number there was nothing much we could have done and we do apologize for this, although I ultimately arrived at the office to help you and my coworker Kathy called back soon to assist as well. In terms of the pillow and the blanket, we can confirm that they were in the room before you checked-in and were no longer there when you checked-out, leaving us very perplexed on what could have happened. In terms of what happened with the payment you are absolutely correct we did indeed return the 82 when you threatened us. I once again apologize for any misunderstanding and am happy to offer a 10% discount on a future stay (please see fred).Thank You!-Fred, from El Rancho Motel

This may very well be my favorite motel ever. The staff is top notch, extremely helpful, facilities are clean, and its an absolutely wonderful location.
