Keep driving!!! Building looks like it should be demolished. Stayed with a group. We each had a renovated room. Looked ok, but the beds were horrible and on wheels. Barely any toilet paper or shower gel left in rooms. A list was given of the cost of replacement for each item in the room...like not to get the white towels dirty or you would be charged. Then don't provide white towels. No one was ever at the front desk to request more. Vending machine provided a pop that expired in 2018- it's 2024!! And again, no one at front desk to speak to about it. Sleep in your car or keep driving until you reach a bigger town/city to stay at a decent hotel. Never again.

Due to the nature of our location, more than 50% of our guests are oil rig workers, and unfortunately, the towels can sometimes become stained beyond cleaning. The notice is intended to help us maintain the quality of our linens for all guests, but we apologize if it seemed off-putting.Regarding the expired soda in the vending machine, we deeply regret this oversight. This may have been due to a mix-up, and we would be more than happy to replace the can for you. As we are a smaller hotel located in a rural area, we do not operate a 24/7 reception desk. Our staff members, who manage the front desk, also handle housekeeping and laundry duties. We’ve reviewed our security footage and noticed that you did come by the reception, but it seems that the bell at the desk was not rung. This bell alerts our staff in other work areas, such as the laundry room, and ensures we can attend to guests promptly. We’re sorry that this caused you inconvenience during your stay.Regarding the condition of our exterior, we want to be transparent about the challenges we've faced. Our company took over the hotel in October 2019, and shortly after, COVID-19 severely impacted our operations. To survive, we had to prioritize our budget, focusing on essential renovations to guest rooms while delaying exterior improvements. However, we are actively working to upgrade our facilities, including the recent installation of new front doors and planned updates to our signage and siding. We understand that our current state may not have met your expectations, but please know that we are committed to continuous improvement.Thank you again for your feedback. We are working hard to create a better experience for all our guests, and we hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future.

No coffee

The exterior leaves a lot to be desired, but for such a small town it is better than most. The lobby is very well looked after and the rooms looked good for first impressions. The old fashion lock are definitly a throwback with a real key not a card.

Lobby and rooms have been recently renovated.
Bed was comfortable. Room was simple but functional. The community kitchen needs to be de cluttered.
