Hacienda Tres Rozas is nestled in the peaceful countryside of Corozal, offering a true escape into nature. While public transportation options are limited in Corozal, getting around is easy with a personal vehicle or rental car. The scenic roads make for a beautiful drive, connecting you to nearby towns, local attractions, and essential services.

For visitors flying into Puerto Rico, San Juan’s Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) is approximately a 50-minute drive away. Ride-share services like Uber are unavailable in Corozal, so we highly recommend renting a car for convenience.

Once here, you can explore Corozal’s charming town center, local restaurants, and nearby rivers within a short drive. Adventure seekers can also take day trips to places like the northern coast’s stunning beaches, Cueva Ventana, or the Toro Negro Forest Reserve.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 4 PM local time. Checkout time is at 11 AM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Just to let you know, any unauthorized checkout past 11 AM will incur an additional cost.

We offer several paid amenities as add-on services. After the reservation, these paid amenities can be ordered through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook. We offer packages such as early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel cribs, air mattresses, and birthday balloons.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we’ve included an Otium Starter Package in each of our properties. This package contains all the essentials you’ll need to get you started and feel right at home. You’ll find two large bath towels, one washcloth per guest, and a hand towel per bathroom. We’ve also included mouthwash and toothpaste in each bathroom for your convenience. To keep you feeling fresh and clean, you’ll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. We’ve included two snacks per guest, water, and one paper towel for your snacking pleasure. We’ve also covered you with two toilet paper, dish soap, and hand soap. So sit back, relax, and enjoy all the amenities of your stay. If you need more amenities, purchase our Otium Replenish Package, Towel Replenish Package, and Blanket Replenish Package via our Marketplace.

Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.

To comply with all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal, and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for other purposes.

Just to let you know, all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that rules the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:
-You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
-You acknowledge that you must provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in.
-You let me know that you may need to undergo a background check if the property management company or the building is mandatory, as stated by your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.
-You acknowledge that there is a non-refundable damage waiver fee of $25 to cover any potential incidentals during your stay.
-You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have completed our verification portal.
