Our room was clean and comfortable. We left a cup behind, returned 2 hours later, and they had it in a lost and found area for us to retrieve. This is a great place to stay.

Nice place but bad deposit policy
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HotelsHad a pleasant enough stay. The place is listed as "pet friendly" yet there was no designate area for the dogs to take care of their business. Also, while I don't mind having an Extra pet deposit, I was disappointed that, even when I explained that due to the impending hurricane we would only be staying for one night and not 2, they still charged the pet deposit (non-refundable cash). The room came with a non-refundable discounted room rate so I expected to pay for the 2nd night; just not the extra pet deposit.
The place was very easy to find and very convenient to where we wanted to be on our trip. The room was clean and certainly spacious enough for us two humans and our 2 dogs. The staff were friendly and efficient. I would definitely stay there again when I head back to that area.
Obviously my only complaint was about the extra day of pet deposit.
