'Diamond in the Bluff' is the perfect private vacation home for relaxing in Corpus Christi. Fish in the canal from your private fishing dock, relax under the stars in the hot tub, or unwind in the outdoor oasis with the TV and a fire pit. Watch from the backyard beautiful birds take off and land at the Held-Moran Bird Sanctuary 1/4 mile away. About 15 minutes from Padre Island, this vacation rental house is ideal for up to 22 guests looking to discover Corpus Christi.

For safety and liability purposes, cameras are located on the outside of the property. One is on the doorbell, one is on the garage facing the street, and three are in the backyard facing the canal and side yard. The only cameras inside the home are in the locked-off areas that are not accessible to guests. There is also a noise monitoring device inside the house and in the backyard that monitors decibel levels. They do not record sound.

Great stay, great times always
Enjoyed our stay here once again. Best property management. Super responsive and always in a very timely manner!! The only thing that would make this stay better is some additional lighting outside in the backyard. The ring cameras do not produce enough light to properly light the area in the backyard. And the Motion camera constantly goes off and leaves us in the dark. T but we will definitely be staying here again!!

This property could hold a large crowd. There were not enough blankets or pillows For the beds that were already there. We brought blankets and pillows, which saved our sleeping arrangements, but they were not provided by the owner. There was a book that also told us if we moved any furniture that if we did not replace the furniture from its original position, we were going to be fined.. I did like the location of this beach house and it was clean. Just be aware that you may have to bring sheets and blankets of your own. The kitchen was well stocked. Arriving at 4 o’clock seemed late and leaving at 10:00 AM. Seemed a bit early for a crowd of 19. The space was sufficient for that Many people. The large dining area allowed us to help play games. The young children had plenty to do. The public beaches nearby.

We have stayed at many houses over the years in Corpus and this was by far the best one we have ever stayed at! It had so many spaces to spread out and you never felt crowded. We will always try to stay at this house when we travel to Corpus. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

A place where memories were made.
Our stay was a memorable one. It was interrupted by hurricane Beryl. So after one night stay we had to evacuate, which ended up being for three days. We came back for the remainder of our reservation. The hosts were very helpful and we really enjoyed the house. The grandchildren were excited that we could go back after the threat was over.

We loved the house! Plenty of room for all of us and the 4 bathrooms helped a lot! The hot tub was a huge hit with the kids and we loved that the dining table was big enough for us all to sit at. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and not a far drive from all the activities we had planned. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house
We absolutely loved this property. It was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We were able to fit 4 trucks and 3 cars in the driveway. The rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed. Best part of the house was the backyard. 5 different areas to sit in and enjoy your vacation with a drink in your hand and a relaxing view.

Our group of nine people, 5 adults and 4 teens reserved the house for 4 nights in July. The house could easily have handled twice as many people and had space enough to spread out and enjoy one another’s company. The deck area is amazing, fishing, relaxing, s’mores, grilling, hot tub, television, room for kids and pets to romp - it is a vacation in and of itself. Indoors, I’ll say that after staying in a number of vacation rentals this one is better equipped with high end electronics, kitchen appliances and general necessities than any other we’ve rented. The hosts are very accessible and helpful, if your group is looking for a place in the Corpus area this one will not disappoint.

Our family had a lovely time at this home. There is plenty of space to spread out inside and outside. There are tv’s in every room and many amenities to make the stay comfortable. There is a marina close by so that you can launch your boat and leave your trailer.

Perfect for multiple families
We had the most amazing stay here over Memorial Weekend! 5 different families with 11 adults and 6 kids ages 5-8. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together, especially on the amazing back patio and yet we all still had our own rooms to stay in. Simple little things the hosts thought of were making sure there were plenty of dishes and silverware for large groups, community beach towels in case you needed some and very open communication of any issues arrived. We had two minor things we contacted runneth for and they were both resolved within the hour. We had two boats in our group and the dock was not only large enough for both of them, the location of the property right on the mouth of the canals was excellent! We could be in the intercoastal in about 60 seconds. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for an unforgettable get away!

Amazing place!!
This property is even better than pictures can portray! Tons of space and waterfront footage was huge! Owners and cohosts were very responsive and prompt with communication! 10 am check out is a bit tough but I understand that with a home this big, it could take some time to clean, we only used 3 of the 6 bedrooms and spent most of our time outside so hopefully it was a little easier for cleaning team this time! We had a blast and even caught a 44 inch 50 lb drum off the dock! Exciting!!
