The discerning guest will find a spacious, 1800 sq ft beachfront penthouse condo with a completely unobstructed Gulf view. Hear the sounds of the surf ... smell the salt air ... feel the breeze. Come and enjoy your home away from home.

Swim or wade in the warm Gulf waters ... build a sandcastle ... or just relax on the white sand beach or on the large condo balcony. Our boardwalk takes you over the dunes to the beach.

Shared Community Pool also available.

The Gulf-side balcony overlooks the beach with a sweeping view of the Gulf. This view reaches the ship channel at the east end of Port Aransas which carries traffic into and from Aransas Pass and Corpus Christi Bay. This balcony stretches the length of the condo with ample furniture to sit, relax and enjoy the view.

This spacious second-floor penthouse was remodeled as a primary residence. The master bedroom, dining room all have large sliding glass doors opening onto the balcony with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico.


A well-appointed kitchen Including a ceramic cook surface, Corian sinks and countertops and lots of space to enjoy preparing meals or snacks. The living room has a large flat screen HDTV, a DVD player and comfortable seating for relaxing &viewing. All bedrooms have a TV. Of course, free wireless internet is available if you must check in with the 'real world' while on the Island.

This is a roomy condo just steps from the beach in Port Aransas. It's close to town, but not too close. It's equipped with everything you need, only no access to washer/dryer (coin operated machines across the parking lot). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Overall great location, easy walk to the beach and very good communication prior to the stay. The property layout was perfect for us. The property was clean and the outdoors were well kept. The property did have several light bulbs out and the TV's were cumbersome and hard to work. Thanks for a good stay! .

My family and I enjoyed our stay. All the amenenities were available to supply all we needed for our stay. The peaceful and beautiful balcony views were easily the highlight of the trip. The kids loved the proximity to the pool to cool off and relax after their beach adventures. We definitely recommend this as a great family trip stay. Restaraunts and dollar store were just a short trip away! The walking distance to the beach was very convenient and allowed us to find great spots for our beach fun! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to back again!

Absolutely loved the condo. Exactly as pictured except the views from the balcony are Better than pictured. Very close to the boardwalk, restaurants if you don’t want to cook in the condo and shops. Do not hesitate to book this condo! We will definitely stay again!

Perfect Beach Vacation Condo!
Our family of 7 loved this vacation rental for our yearly trip to Port A! The condo was clean and spacious. Lots of room to spread out, never felt cramped. Management was very responsive and so easy to work with. I loved sitting on the huge balcony and seeing the ocean and ships. This unit is close to the walkway to the beach and to the pool. It’s just blocks from restaurants, shops and the grocery store. The condominium grounds are immaculate and the complex was very quiet. Golf cart parking is close to the unit. Just so many pluses with this unit. We will definitely stay there again!

The views from the balcony are my favorite. Although we are out most of the time, the kitchen was stocked with items needed to make meals. Very close to pool, tennis court and boardwalk. Will stay here again!

Perfect Location
We were in Port A for the sandfest. This was a perfect location. We rented a golf cart from Teas Red Golf Carts and cruised to SandFest very easily. There is a boardwalk very close to the condo for convenience to the beach. It was a great weekend!

Great condo on the beach!
Loved staying in this condo! The master has a slider out to the balcony. I slept every night with it open so I could hear the ocean and feel the breeze coming off the water. Best nights sleep ever! Check in was easy and you can rent golf carts to get around. The ability to drive on the beach was fun. Will definitely be back.
