Winter staycation

Excited to get away, however the unit had a few issues. Heated pool was not working for the days we stayed but with the weather warm we were able to put our feet I the water. There was an issue with the fridge leaking, had toStay on top of it so kids would not slip. And we were not able to view local channels on the main tv.

Not too great Thanksgiving stay

My stay was during the Thanksgiving holiday. I had requested a possible early check-in which they granted which was very nice. Lots of problems with having to restart router because of Wi-Fi. Also refrigerator leaked throughout the 3 days. The worst part was not having hot water for a shower. Hot water ran at the sink but not at the showers? Customer service number provided to get help but no one ever came to assist. Was told multiple times through customer service line that they would have someone show by but no one ever did.

Unit understocked

No wineglasses , no cuptowels, no hot pads, no extra garbage bags, we were told to buy our own. Frig leaked water on floor daily. Not our best experience

Vacasa didn't give me the right key code to get in. Had to wait until the homeowner called. Otherwise the stay was very nice.

Great sleep, but major issues

Toilets not bolted to the floor Lock box didn’t work Dander in many places Sticky residue all over the top of the dinner table Lots of stuff inside couches Not hot water in master shower Despite the issues above, we slept great
