Unit understocked

Great sleep, but major issues

Lock box didn’t work
Dander in many places
Sticky residue all over the top of the dinner table
Lots of stuff inside couches
Not hot water in master shower
Despite the issues above, we slept great

A few short falls.
Publié le 1 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe check in process was the worst. They sent us a code to use on the front door, and the code did not work. We tried texting the support number and they just resent the same code with directions on how to type it in and work the lock. This was very frustrating standing on the front porch with my family and luggage. We had to resort to calling the 800 number and waiting on hold, and then again given the same code to get in that was not working. They finally gave us a number for a lock box to get out an actual key. Someone needs to fix the lock. The condo was as described, but the floors were dirty. We all turned to keeping shoes or socks on because of the dirt. The shower in the master bedroom does not get hot. Luckily the hall bathroom got nice and hot. The pool was great, and there was plenty of room to swim and hang out.
