The Travelocity site stated parking for this Best Western hotel. I usually stay at this location and have always enjoyed it there. First, parking fee at $20 @ night was never advertised and excessive. A small sign on the check in counter showed the charge, with the lady requesting a card for the "incidental fee". The average morning buffet, usually included, was a $10 per person charge. Ice machine on 8th floor was not plugged in/ not working. Workers tailgating, in outside parking lot drinking beer, did not project a family environment. My room was clean and a/c was working properly. But then so was the Motel room a friend stayed in, at a lot less money.

I am very disappointed to hear that you were unhappy with your stay due to our parking fee and our other guests activies.Our breakfast is complimentary with no extra fee. Our goal is to provide our guests with the best overall experience possible and I am truly sorry that we did not meet those expectations.

I did not like the price of parking. I think it should be a perk for guests. When booking the hotel, it does not say that parking is not for free.

Out of all the hotels on Shoreline Boulevard, this is our favorite hotel.

Very clean and comfy rooms. Love the body wash, shampoo & conditioner, hand wash and body lotions they supply as well
