On the gorgeous Cinnamon Shore development, you're just a short walk to the beach, pools, and nearby restaurants and cafes. Enjoy beautiful Mustang island and the town of Port Aransas with your "Sol Mate" in this alluring condo in the heart of Cinnamon Shore's original Town Center! You’ll love it because of the location, the high ceilings, and the views. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and pets. Book this for your next getaway!

This condo is the perfect launching pad for your romantic couples getaway or your family Port A vacation! It's central location in the Cinnamon Shore development means that you're close to everything: walk to the beach, walk to Lisabella's, Dylan's, or Shore Cafe, walk to the pool, and play on the Great Lawn!

The condo was recently remodeled with an open living area and tons of natural light. The primary suite is gorgeous and super romantic with the luxurious king bed. We recently added a built-in bunk bed (twin over full) into the primary suite, which is perfect for the kids. The attached bathroom has a bidet and tucked away kids toilet seat.

There is a smart TV in both the living room and bedroom with cable as well. Stay in the vacation mood with the Sonos speaker in the kitchen/dining area. There is a washer and dryer to quickly dry your swimsuit and towels after a great day at the beach and pool.

There is also a balcony with french door access from the living room.

The house fits 5 people comfortably with 2 in the primary bedroom (king bed), 2 in the bottom bunk (full), and 1 in the top bunk (twin). We also have a sleeper sofa in the living room (queen size sofa bed).

In addition to the balcony with a peek-a-boo view of Lake Colby, there are three free swimming pools (Kiera's (heated), Dune, and Stillwater (heated)) as well as the Great Lawn and Lake Colby, all of which are right next door. There are also two dune bridges that allow pedestrian and golf cart access to the beach just a short walk away. There are two cafes (C-Bar and Shore Cafe), three restaurants (Lisabella's, Dylans, and Coastline Grill), and frequently live music during the weekend in the high season. There is also a small workout gym with two Peloton bikes. You can find a schedule of free events on Cinnamon Shore's website.

Lovely Community
The unit was as lovely as advertised. Easy check in, plenty to do, and well appointed. We were there in the off season, so it was very quiet (which suited us just fine). Taking the golf cart on the board walk to the beach was a highlight. The Kiera pool is beautiful and heated so that we could enjoy even the cool weather. This unit is perfect for 2 people.

Everything was great except the check out
This place is awesome. We loved the location and everything there is to do including the easy access to the beach. There were a couple of things we didn’t like. (1) the unit could use a good deep cleaning (baseboards, grout, floors, the bathroom vent.) (2) the check out time is too early at 10am, and it’s even worst that they ask you to take out the trash, clean the kitchen

Nice place. For the price, they could supply Kleenex. The problem was the King bed. It was not comfortable and neither were any of the pillows. I have a bad neck, so I should have brought my pillow from home.

This was such an amazing condo! Everything was just as posted. The king size bed was perfection! Location was top of the line! The community was so relaxing and inviting, the restaurants on the property were am always! Easy access to the beach. We will definitely visit at least annually!! Like Heaven on Earth
The condo was absolutely Gorgeous! The pictures don't do it Justice! It was so comfortable, elegant, and very clean. The host was was responsive and Very helpful. We ate at Dylan's coal fire pizza & it was delicious! We also walked the short walk to the beach and it was rejuvenating! The property was breathtaking and very inviting. We absolutely loved our time in Cinnamon Shore. We have been visiting Cinnamon Shore since it first opened and it never disappoints. The condo was absolutely perfect and we really enjoyed it. It was clean and had great space!!

Peace and quiet and safe and clean
Super high end place to stay like a little town tucked away in never never land. Wonderful staff and miles of beach to walk on. The apartment was huge! And the kitchen so we’ll stocked even a foodie like myself who enjoys cooking and is very picky about materials had no complaints. Bed is so comfortable we did not want to get out. My only complaint was the fat too loud band in the restaurant ext to the building. Highly unnecessary.

Awesome, clean and fully active
We were so excited about going to this spot in Jan. We love to explore & are active so truly we were only in the place to sleep. It was clean, quiet and close to everything! We rented a golf cart that helped us pick up essential groceries or take us wherever we needed to go. The friendly staff, grounds & unit we stayed in were all fabulous for 2 adults and a dog. Our dog was so tired he slept in his own travel bed until the morning hours. Thanks it was beautiful. It truly was a vacation spot! Looking forward to returning.

"A thin slice of life"
Our stay at this condo in Cinnamon Shore was wonderful- condo was very comfortable, clean and stocked with all we needed. We had gorgeous weather and were able to enjoy the quiet "off season" at the beach. We highly recommend this place- and Cinnamon Shore vacation complex.

Hiccups, but a nice vacation
The property itself is beautiful, a great location, very comfortable, and lots of fun. We had a really lovely vacation. However it appears that this condo was recently sold, and the change has not yet been smoothed out. When we arrived, Amanda at the Cinnamon Shores front desk, couldn't find our reservation and then had to confirm that we had actually paid as we were literally listed as "No Name." While she was trying to verify, a person came in, inquiring about staying at CS for the 2022 season, and Amanda had to stop she was doing entirely, despite having 3 other staff members there, to engage in a lengthy conversation. About 30 minutes after I had began the check in process, she was able to get us in to our condo-after informing us that the owner's lock box has been broken in to by the people who had stayed prior to us. They said someone would be by to fix this, and no one ever came. It was still broken when we left. We would be happy to stay here again once Cinnamon Shores Management figures out how to address the owner switch over.

Great stay
The property was at great location and very clean. It was quiet at night. It's a short walk to pizza place and market. While it is walking distance to the beach, it is recommended to rent a cart, especially if carrying a lot to beach. We did initially have trouble figuring out where to pick up keys for place - at the front office off the main road. Will def be visiting again!

We really liked the cinnamon shore community!! It was so nice and friendly! We loved the closeness to the beach and the infinity pool and Cafe! The restaurants were great, Lisabellas and Dylan’s pizza! Live music at Terry’s was fun and s’mores, at the for pit was good! There was life size checkers and chess and corn hole and Tether ball located around the community for kids and family play! Really great place!

Great getaway
We booked a few days at the beach in Cinnamon Shores in Port A over the holiday with our two teens. Cinnamon Shores is a great community where we biked, spent time on the beach, rented a golf cart and ate in town. The condo is centrally located in the CS community, parking easily assessable, the corner condo was decorated with nice decor and contained everything we needed for a long weekend. The condo worked well for our family of 4 and we used the sleeper on the couch. There was a washer and dryer which we didn't use and a spacious kitchen with lots of storage for your belongings. I would stay here again and I would recommend this property.

Great little condo in Cinnamon Shore
We just got back from a 4 night mini vacation and the condo was lovely! Pros: Owner is incredibly responsive Very clean unit Beautifully decorated Very well equipped kitchen Quiet building Nice balcony Double sinks in bathroom Awesome water pressure in the shower 2 televisions Nice Dove toiletries Jenga, Scrabble and other games in unit Chromecast Cinnamon Shore has 2 awesome pools The pool restaurant and drinks are pretty good CS has bike, chair and umbrella rentals CS has lots of included fun CS is a beautiful community CS has a new playground for the littles Instacart delivers here Cons (these are mainly minor cons): Bathroom is only accessible by walking through the bedroom (which means that anyone sleeping on the sofa sleeper will need to walk through the bedroom to use the bathroom, even at 2am) Secondary television is really small Bedroom blinds don't block light well Pillows could use replacing (aren't they always a bit flattened in home rentals though?) UPS couldn't find the address or the office and sent back our Hellofresh! Delivery (not technically a con for the rental, but something to be aware of if you're planning to send yours here) Overall, we had a great time and would definitely book this condo again! For our needs, it was close to perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Quick tips: rent your golf cart from Top Deck golf carts and get a better cart (than CS carts) while saving money. Then ride your cart down the beach to The Black Marlin and get the cheesy shrimp and grits. You won't be sorry that you took my advice. You're welcome. :)
