Guest is never right !
Publié le 17 août 2024 sur HotelsCheck in time was 4 pm we arrived at 6 pm. Room had not been cleaned had to wait 30 min. They said they were busy and I had asked for that room not true.i was given that room when I confirmed reservation. GM never apologized just put it all back on me..my fault. I will never stay in a Fairfield again especially that one.

Clean but not good
Publié le 17 août 2024 sur HotelsWe went to the Rockport location to have some days off after hip replacement surgery for me. Everything seemed pretty clean and the young lady at the desk was very nice. After the first night, we asked if there was a room that had a more firm bed because this one was hurting both of us and the man said no, we asked about getting a new room and he said he would have to look into it, but he never got back with us. There was a huge stain on the mattress cover where it looked like someone had knocked a drink off the bedside table onto the bed and it had never been changed. The lady who works the breakfast on the days we were there was fantastic and very friendly.
We have simply decided because the beds are not comfortable, and we ended up having to rotate the mattress to sleep at all the last two nights we will not be returning to this location
