Fulton Breeze! Waterfront, Pool, Private Hottub, Walk to Restaurants and Pier

This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home offers an additional den and 1715 Square feet. When you walk into the front door you enter the den that has a sleeper sofa and is a great place for the kids to hangout. Two bedrooms and a full bath are towards the waterside of the home. One of the bedrooms has a King size bed and the other a Queen bed, both bedrooms have a wonderful view of Aransas Bay. There is a large patio out the back door where you will also find the private hot tub overlooking the water. There is a one car garage to put your beach and fishing gear. Upstairs are the Views, Views, Views! The open living room/ kitchen/ dining area has plenty room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The large balcony off the living area has a nice table and chairs to sit and watch the water with a coffee or a cocktail. The master bedroom and bath are also on this level with an additional half bath. The master has a King size bed and the bath room is amazing. Soak in the oversized tub and watch your favorite show. This vacation home is brand new and in the middle of all the action. You can easily walk to 6 restaurants and the Irish Pub is right next door. Be one of the first people to stay in the long awaited Seven Palms Resort!

Great place! Would definitely stay again!

4 overall stars for a few small issues and preference. kitchen FULLY stocked! Love the little toiletry and kitchen essential kits. FYIs:King bed downstairs -is hard and not comfortable (to me). Maybe because it’s only a mattress on wood platform, no box spring. But bed upstairs is the same and the guests loved it -so just a preference. Also the AC unit is outside window of this room-loud when it comes on. We had our pets which had no issues with the stairs. But we did notice stickers in the yard so beware. Suggestions:Someone should come in before guests arrive and turn the AC down. Thermostat is set on 78 when you arrive. It did cool down fairly quick once we turned the thermostat down and turned on fans. And we were here in April before it was crazy hot. Bathrooms need towels bars -only 1 hook in downstairs. Nowhere to hang towels. Also prefer small towel rod next to sink for hand towel. Downstairs bedroom(smaller) needs ?Floating shelf on wall?, only has 1 nightstand.Contacted host via message re: few minor issues: Ice maker doesn’t workWater does NOT get hot in sink-even when running for a long time.Tv in master bath works but is not set up.Draw in downstairs bath ?off hinge?-hangs weird. Host responded said she would let owner know this info.

We loved the area & the home. The ice maker didn’t work & there are what we call little black sugar ants. We never found the remote for the tv in the master bathroom. My granddaughter was a little disappointed about that. But overall would recommend & stay again!

Amazing Beach House on the Texas Coast

We had an amazing stay at this beach house in Fulton, TX! The place was perfect for a relaxing family getaway. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great—just a short walk to the water and a close drive to local restaurants and shops. We loved the peaceful vibe and spent a lot of time enjoying the porch and sea breeze. The host was friendly and responsive, which made the experience even better. Would absolutely stay here again!

This house was one of the best ones that we have stayed in and we take several trips a year to the texas coast. Love the location and the views are unbeatable! Hot tub was an amazing bonus!! Very clean and well equipped.

Great Location and lovely place but some maintenance issues

We enjoyed the place Nd the location to everything. The place had some repair issues that needed addressed, especially the top step on the way to the middle landing which was not completely nailed down. Drawers in the downstairs bathroom were off track and not functioning and my daughter was hit on the head by a falling window rod cover that was taped in place. Oytherwise several of the pots and pans were rusty beyond useable and the dishes were not all cleaned very well.

Great home with amazing views

The home was extremely nice & new in a great location to sit out and enjoy the view or walk to the park for fishing or playground as well as other places. The grandkids loved the pool it was clean and inviting and just overall quaint property and peaceful!

Awesome house!!! Issue with management company.

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed. I highly recommend this beautiful house. Issue: could not access WiFi so we contacted the management company. It was around 8:00pm on the day we arrived, and the representative said she would contact the owner. They never called back…we were there for two nights and got no response. No TV for the kids, etc.

Bayside luxury near everything

My Dad is about to turn 94 and we rented this house for the family. I live in Fulton and this was a beautiful property, and close to everything. Not far from Rockport.

Beautiful house

The house is beautiful with high end finishes. Great location. Super comfortable and lots of space. Would love to see the back yard fenced it but maybe it’s coming since more houses are being constructed. Enjoyed the view of the water from the 2nd floor balcony.

nice place to stay

loved just about everything about the place, location, cleanliness, allowed our dog and the view. A walk to the pier or wall to fish all night was amazing, boiling pot a couple of streets over was all we needed. We rented a golf cart that let us travel to most destinations, even as far as rockport beach, taking the back streets was nice even in this heat, we barely broke a sweat. The pool was nice and clean but we didnt get into the hot tub, didnt look ready and with this heat, we didnt need it. We love our family trips to the coast and would definitely look into this place again.

We had never been to the area before and the condo was amazing. Water views, quaint neighborhood, shops and restaurants within walking distance, community pool was nice, hot tub. This place has it all. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again if I’m in the area,

Top notch VRBO

Out of 5 stars i give the house 7 stars. When you pull up to the subdivision you start smiling. The houses were so bright it had a chiling effect on my family. We knew that this would be a great vacation. I can't say enough about the interior of the house. It was amazing and laid out with the customer in mind. My grandkids enjoyed the freedom it gave them. We were amazed by the master bedroom. I will be honest. I've done my fair share of traveling, due to my time in the Air Force and working for Boeing. I don't talk about bathrooms. But let me tell you. This bathroom was the BOMB. BOMB means outstanding. It was big enough to be a bedroom. It has a tub sitting in the middle. A Tv faces the bath. It also has a shower with two heads. One facing you and one over your head.The veiw on the deck is spectacular. Myself and my better half spent many hours relaxing and staring into the gulf. I will close by saying the owner and management were kind and grateful. This should be a VRBO showcase home and subdivision. WE LOVED OUR STAY. Thank you.

Very nice place.

The house is clean and very nice. The manager checked on us to make sure all was good. The check-in process was a breeze. It is a very convenient location close to the Fulton Pier, and Rockport Beach. I loved the View and the deck was perfect for sitting and enjoying the Sunrise and Sunset. We caught fish right across the street. I hope to be able to stay again. They set the bar very high, All other places will have a hard time reaching it.
