Let Gulf breezes soothe you on three covered balconies, equipped with plenty of plush seating. Two of these provide picturesque views of the Gulf! Take the boardwalk directly to the beach, or enjoy community amenities like a year-round pool which also features a pavilion with a shower, bathroom, and wet bar. Or head to Mustang Island State Park, located just 2.5 miles down the coast. Port Aransas is 11.2 miles away for additional activities, including shops and restaurants.

Relaxation comes easy in the welcoming great room with gorgeous Gulf views. Curl up here and watch your favorite shows on the 65” TV or in the family room complete with an additional TV and comfortable furnishings. The chef’s kitchen is appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including double ovens and a Thermador range. Enjoy meals at the bar seating, while a larger table provides room for bigger feasts along with a Gulf view. Sleep soundly in the primary suite, featuring a king-size bed and 51” TV, or in one of the other cozy and admirable bedrooms. Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi and cable. The laundry room contains a wine fridge in addition to a washer/dryer, allowing you to refresh for the next day's adventures.

Great House in a Great Location
We loved staying here. Everything was clean and ready on arrival and there were thoughtful touches like soap, shampoo, laundry pods, etc. Beds were quite comfortable as well. Very close to the beach although you cannot watch the sunrise from the house as there are two other houses to the side that block the view. Two minor issues: 1.The shower in the primary bath was not great-poor water pressure and the water went cold quickly. We showered in a different bathroom. 2. The remote didn't work in the primary bedroom. We could turn the TV on/off and adjust the volume, but were unable to change channels. When we contacted the rental management, they couldn't help. We would stay there again.

Fabulous!
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful beach house on the Gulf! Our extended family met up here for a birthday celebration and relaxing getaway. The property was perfect for our group. The 3 levels offer plenty of gathering spaces but also separation. The deck off the 3rd level had spectacular views. As many guests have mentioned, there are lots of stairs but we didn’t mind at all. Nice beach access and shirt drive to restaurants and shops. Management company excellent with communication and accommodating requests. Definitely recommend staying here.

Pt A Getaway
My husband and I and four of our close friends spent a wonderful five days at Salty Kisses. The house was comfortable and warm. We loved the artwork and the amenities. We are pretty spry for 70-year-olds but if you aren’t used to climbing a lot of stairs, this house has 3 levels with the main sitting area and kitchen on the third level. My friends and I loved the views and sitting out on the beautiful deck. We actually didn’t spend a lot of time at the house because there’s so much to do around there. We rode four wheelers around on the beach, did a lot of beach walking, and had a lot of delicious dinners at the local seafood restaurants.

Wonderful Quick Getaway with Family and Friends
The stay included 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Wonderful view of the ocean and very spacious for everyone. Beds were very comfortable, it was very clean and the private pool was nice to have as well. NOTE: The only con is that they don't have a ice maker so make sure to bring ice.

This place was amazing! It’s a bit of a walk to get to the beach but the views from the balconies are incredible. If you are traveling with someone who has knee problems or disabilities this is a tough one since you can’t use the elevator. There are 38 steps to get to the top. Overall this place is so very beautiful, well equipped and a must to stay at.

Perfect Beach Vacation
This is a lovely beach house in PortA, the location to the beach was a beautiful walk down the pier and the home itself has everything you need to experience a wonderful stay. It was our daughter's first time to the beach and the weekend couldn't be more comfortable and perfect.

Great ocean view!
The house was gorgeous. All three couples had their own space. The third floor living/dining/kitchen was everyone's favorite with the ocean view. And the beach accessories came in very handy.

Some annoyances
It’s a fantastic location for a beach getaway and we all had a lot of fun. But there are a few annoyances that are worth mentioning: - there was only one key and on oldskool lockbox. That makes it annoying to keep the door locked. Why no smart lock? - the kitchen pans are worn out. There was no normal sized cutting board. And the knives were so dull we went and bought a knife sharpener. - the pool was cloudy, had trash floating in it, and didn’t have the filter running. We avoided it. - the ice maker is broken - there was only one trash bag and no dustpan/broom - pool construction caused us to have to walk around the front of the house - because they use a large scale rental management company, it was not clear how to reach someone to address any of these issues.

Nice property. Great view.. BUT… Frt door key didn’t work then got stuck had to wait on tech. 3 flights of stairs and cant use elevator. Not handicap friendly. No TVs in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Shower head popped off and narrowly missed my granddaughter. Dirty pool. Really sad because it was expensive so we expected better. Assuming i will get tge standard “thanks for your feedback” and that’s it.

Celebration weekend
The house was in a perfect location and worked out great for our family. Everyone had their own room and space. We were there to celebrate the life of my Dad and did what he loved best enjoy and fish on the beach. The kitchen and living area along with the balconies were perfect. Some complained about all the stairs when carrying up groceries being that there was an elevator we could not use but a little exercise never hurt anyone. A baby gate would also be helpful but we managed. Please let people know there are a lot of stickers in the grass so always have shoes on in the yard! Overall everyone enjoyed themselves and having the beach right there was awesome.

What would have made the stay perfect was the use of the elevator. It was a good work out as the main living area is on the 3rd floor. Not fun getting groceries up 3 flights of stairs. The pool was also in need of some TLC. Booking process was a little more hectic than I cared for.

Lovely house with great views.
Great floor plans including extensive balconies with great Gulf views. The house is well outfitted equipment-wise and has extensive lovely decor touches. It would be a plus if an outdoor grill were added along with furniture on the ground level back porch. Also, there is an elevator but was not available for renter’s use which was unfortunate for those of us in our 70’s and 80’s.
