Staff was rude. Refused to give us our tax exempt.
The shampoo, conditioner and hand soap pumps were not clean - clogged up.
Power went out had to go to the desk then the desk clerk didn’t want to do anything

Great location for the Hummerbird festival. The breakfasts were fabulous. My only suggestion is to have some umbrellas for shade around the pool. Wanted to lay out there, but just too hot in the full sun.

Our first room had dog hair all over it in a light pointed straight into our room from the parking lot. I guess a storm or something knocked it up. The lady running the front desk was very rude and act like anything you asked her was a problem. I think she was the manager. The pool was green. The mosquitoes were just terrible. The grass hadn't been cut in a while. Cigarette butts everywhere And much more. Not what I expected for this hotel should not have the name should have been called Rockport mean mosquito tallgrass rude people inn

Whenever we first checked in, the person working wasn't as welcoming as i have experienced at other locations, however the rooms was clean and over all the property was chill and relaxing. Also, near a lot of places to eat. We didnt have to drive very far to get something to eat.

Our accessible room was not ready at check-in. When we finally got into the room the TV was missing a remote control device. We were moved to another room that was acceptable but not what we were expecting.

I was told that there were no more towels and that I would have to wait a long time for them. The person that checked me in was nice and the lady that made breakfast was nice. The people at reception were rude. When I asked for additional towels for my family of six, I was told at the front desk, “did you not get them yesterday?” Am I not allowed to take a shower daily? It was like pulling teeth to get service. I’ve stayed here multiple yrs in a row and the service is always terrible. They only make money because of the view of the ocean. If the ocean view doesn’t matter to you, don’t stay there
