Non working elevators. Two of the exit doors could not be entered due to broken E locks. I’m an old guy and they put me on 3rd floor with no working elevators.

Room Phone was not in useable condition, blanket had holes but over all, everything else was good

Publié le 5 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe room was good, but the A/C unit in our room was extremely noisy in the cooling cycle, no matter what I would adjust it was still noisy especially at bedtime, we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. When I set up my laptop on the table, as I started to browse the internet a small cockroach ran across the top of the table onto the edge close to the wall, my wife felt disgusted by it so we had to chase it and kill it, then there was another by the a/c unit and was also killed. That really killed the sense of staying at La Quinta. Overall the room was good but the stay was not as relaxing as we would have liked. Breakfast was great.
