Entering the hotel you hit with the smell of mildew. When the elevator doors opened up on the second floor the smell was worse than the lobby area. My room had the same horrible over powering mildew smell. When i got home my clothes in my bag smelled like mildew. It's bad.

It was just ok. Side door slams and exercises room has bunch of broken stuff. Towels smelled like chemicals.

There was roaches on the floor. When entering the hotel smelled like straight chlorine and mold meldew. The rooms were not the correct size requested and also they weren’t clean at all. Had to clean the room myself and wipe all areas. Asked for a handicappped room and didn’t receive one. My spouse who is the one handicapped almost fell in the bathroom due to this. Staff kept asking if I had an animal when I didn’t. The laundry room was a disaster and the staff did not take care well of the breakfast area, food was cold and also stale. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again and would like a full refund.

Not impressed with this property. Smelled terrible in the hotel. Door and key very hard to use. Scorpion in the bathroom light. Wouldn’t stay here again.
