Horrible ! De l'humidité partout dans l'hotel... nous avons changé de chambre 3 fois rien y fait l'odeur est insupportable, le sol est glissant..... cet hotel ne devrait même pas avoir le droit d'ouvrir !

I really don't have anything to complain about. The staff was very nice and helpful. The area was not far from restaurants or shopping stores.

Horrible place!
Publié le 24 mars 2024 sur HotelsWalked into lobby through open doors with immediate smell of natural gas. All lobby doors and windows were open. We were assured by the clerk that all was safe and well, and that the (part ) to repair the damage was being installed as we spoke. Went upstairs to our room on the third floor. No gas smell there. No hot water of any kind for showers. Again I asked the clerk and was told that hot water would be back on by morning. It was not. The ice machine on our floor was also broken. The entire reason for getting a hotel room is to shower/ restroom and sleep comfortably wake up and have a great start to your next day with shower . No mention of comp a room or compensation from clerk for being ripped off our hard earned money. Don’t spend your money at any place like this! Get what you pay for!

No hot water and floors were stained everywhere! Avoid this place. La Quinta should be embarrassed to have this property in its possession.
