Pretty much zero sound proofing at this hotel. wWe could hear from the adjacent rooms and hallway, which was a surprise because the property seens new and quite updated.

When I visit corpus I always stay here. I have stayed here over 5x. I always have a beautiful experience without complaints. There are restaurants within walking distance nearby, gas station and the beach is max 20min by car. Very kid friendly as well.

Everything's nearby. JP luby beach is ab 20mins. This hotel is very kid/toddler friendly. I have no complaints. The breakfast was great.

This hotel has everything i need. It has great restaurants around including dine in and fast food, gas station within walking distance, heb within 10 min drive, the mall is about 5 mins away, and the beach is 15mins away. I have been staying at this location for about 2yrs when I do visit corpus, which is often. It is VERY clean, very kid friendly and safe. I am a solo traveler but I also like to bring my child, I have never felt unsafe here. The breakfast is delicious, they serve a variety of things such as eggs, waffles, yogourt, milk, coffee, apple juice toast, bagel and more. The staff are always friendly. Theres a nice small pool and it's always clean. I will stay here again and I recommend anyone to stay in this wonderful hotel.

New hotel. Clean!

We at first had a reservation at the Wingate. When we got in the room, it was not cleaned. We then came to this La Quinta. It is so beautiful and very modern-looking. Comfortable bed and very nice front desk. They were so sorry we had had such a terrible experience with the Wingate.
