When we came there was nobody at front desk. There was a note to say ring the bell which we did for over 20 minutes It took 30 minutes for somebody to come and help us check in. Rooms are very dirty with doors, falling apart spiders cockroaches in your room. Nothing as advertised on the web.

False advertising and when I tried to cancel, got the runaround for DAYS. I am now having to file a fraudulent claim with my credit card because they refused to cancel in person, they told me I needed to sign in to a program I have never used to cancel it online (yeah, didn’t book thru them, so can’t), then after multiple days had them tell me via chat I needed to call in. So they couldn’t help me at the desk, after multiple days of chatting with them online they couldn’t help me, and finally told me I needed to call, what, the front desk that couldn’t help me to begin with?
If I was able to give a 0 star, I would.

Awful stay

Not cleaned and not anything like pictures on the website. I demand a full refund. Restroom toilet was broken. Roaches in room cigarette buds on top of air conditioning unit. Then lady at front desk puts a sign no refunds on window. She moved me to another room. And that one was awful also. No happy with this stay.

We did not stay the night there because the room was nothing like in the picture. This website should check the information that is shared to them about the hotel rooms.

This was an absolute waste of money. The tub was dirty,.NO HOT water, the staff did not care.
