Cancelled out of no where the morning of

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOST’S HOMES. Rudely cancelled our reservation out of no where the morning we were coming in. Booked this home over a month in advance and paid for it. Took no accountability or responsibility for it and left myself, spouse, and 2 year old stranded with no place to stay. Had to scramble to find a place and just an awful experience. WORST host we have ever encountered!
