Only issue we had was a shower door didn’t close very well seem to be too heavy. It adjustment so it would close correctly.

Terrible smells when we got to our floor, but the strong smell of bleach in our room drowned it out. When we left, we discovered the elevator button on our floor was broken, so we had to take the stairs. No one mentioned that at check-in, as we have a child with special needs who doesn’t go down stairs very well, as we would have waited for another room. Also, since we’re on check-in, our room wasn’t ready, despite arriving after the posted check in time.
Anyway, the bleach smell had dissipated by the time we returned, revealing a horrible warm garbage smell in our room, but no garbage. There was blood on the toilet, though, so no points will be awarded.
This was the second time in a year that we’ve stayed at this property and, despite having to wait nearly an hour after check in for our room that time, it was a somewhat positive experience. I guess not.

I stayed due to a class nearby . I brought my mom and toddler with me as a bonus. The breakfast was not the usual SpringHill breakfast. I went at 8am on a weekday. I usually travel on weekends. The indoor poor did not look clean which was a bummer because I selected it for the pool so my mom and little could swim while I attended the class. The room was spacious and updated! The staff was amazing! Overall the stay was good !
