Welcome to Dock Holiday! Private dock usage comes with this second floor, two bedroom, two bath coastal condo. Tie the boat up after a long day of fishing, without having to worry about pulling the boat out of the water. Teach the kiddos to fish from the dock and watch their faces light up when they reel in that first catch. You also get access to the beautiful community pool and the tennis courts. Located in the heart of Rockport, this lovely Bayhouse condo boasts cool coastal decor and has fantastic views of Canoe Lake from the balcony. This is a great spot for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Inside you'll find an open and inviting living space filled with comfortable seating and great views. The dining table seats six and there are two barstools for extra seating. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up a meal or a pitcher of margaritas. In the master bedroom is a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and wonderful views of Little Bay. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The second bathroom is across the hall. One sofa doubles as a queen sleeper giving the unit a max occupancy of seven. There are tons of games and puzzles for the kiddos and the young at heart to play, three televisions, and three DVD players. There is also a small, portable, propane grill for your convenience. Come enjoy a Dock Holiday and make new memories that will last a lifetime!

Need’s some updates

This unit needs to invest in new kitchen pots and pans, cookie sheets. All the equipment are so old and scratched up or rusty. The sheets on the pull out couch were dirty from the previous renters. The towel bar the in guest bathroom didn’t have any towel on it when we checked in so I went to hang one on it and it fell off the wall.

Amazing getaway

We absolutely loved our stay with rockport escapes! The condo was amazing. We were welcomed to a clean condo with an amazing balcony that overlooks the pool and Bay Area. My husband and kids fished the dock several times and even had dolphins swimming right below their feet! We felt incredibly safe and the condo area was quiet.

We had an absolute blast! The condo had everything we needed...even fans for the rooms! The beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful! And so many games to choose from for us to play at night!

Very nice condo

This condo was great. It is nicely decorated and has plenty of space. The condo is clean and has a great view of the canal and nice pool. Communication with the property manager is outstanding. There is limited boat trailer parking which is difficult to get in and out of if the parking spaces in front of it are occupied. Also, the bay is rough and very dangerous if winds are higher than about 10 knots, fish this area at your own risk. The beach is nice and super family friendly. Overall this is a perfect place for a family vacation.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The condo was a good size for our family of 6, and very clean and comfortable. The location was great; just a short drive to the beach. And a beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. We hope to stay here again!

We visit Rockport every year and usual stay in a hotel. So glad I found this condo. We absolutely loved it. Perfect for Family of 4 with 2 twenty years old men. We will definitely be staying here again. Loved the location,the pool,and the dock. Condo was super clean and loved the patio.

Upon arriving the home was fresh and clean. Kitchen well stocked. We had an enjoyable stay. Great view overlooking the pool and Canoe Lake. Views of Little Bay from the bedroom. Highly recommend.

The condo was very nice. Never could get the tv in master bedroom to work but didn’t matter much to me. Didn’t realize grounds were being landscaped. Made for a dirt/mud trip to the pool. Very good location. I would go back.

Relaxing, clean, beautiful views

We loved our stay! We loved sitting out on the balcony sipping coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening after the kids went down with sights of the beautiful bay. We loved the closeness to everything! It was a 5 min drive to the beach and so many close restaurants and downtown was super easy to get to. Kids loved Grandma B's ice cream. The condo was spacious and very clean. The owner was very quick to respond with any questions related to fishing off the condo's pier. The beach was so clean, and the water was shallow with perfect small waves for the kids. Highly recommend, we'll be back! Thanks for a great, long weekend!
