Jacklyn was amazing. She greeted me before I even got to the desk. Very friendly, very professional. You need more staff like that. Last night I asked for a towel when she came out from the back of the room she never even greeted me or even said have a good day or anything she was some girl that had short hair. There was a couple issues with the room, but I told Jacqueline about it so we wouldn’t get charged look like someone was mad and slammed the door open and the behind the door was damaged. This is the second time the hot tub was not working, which was a disappointment because that’s one of the reasons why we chose the hotel.

The staff was so great and welcoming! We enjoyed our stay and do plan to book again next time we visit. Keep up the good work!

The light in the bathroom flickered. Pool area lights were never on and the hot tub didn't work. There were very loud customers the four nights we stayed. No tub, just a shower and no USB plugs.
