The only down size was the hot tube was not working

Checked in late in the evening, had a death in the family in Kerens Texas. My Wife, two kids and myself were all very tired from the difficult day. TV turned on could hear sound but had no picture. AC was set at 70 but the room was very warm, told desk and they said to turn it to 65 and it would get cold. It never did. Warm all night. The beds were damp as well as the floors, sheets were so pilly we had to get new sheets from desk and change the beds at 10 at night I specifically booked it because they had breakfast and boasted pictures of waffles which I know the kids would have enjoyed the machine was broke. I travel for work frequently, this was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel

Bed was not comfortable room was dirty when checked in dust on every door frame and top of tv handd prints on head board

It’s fine. Not great

This is a roadside motel/hotel. It’s clean and decently comfortable; so it’s what you’d expect … small town, very little competition. Free breakfast is passable, but obviously trying not to spend a cent beyond the minimum. Ice machines may or may not work. AC cools but doesn’t remove the humidity. So, if you’re tried or have to work a day nearby, stop. If you have not particular reason to stop, drive on and find better,
