Hidden gem, lovely host
Publié le 2 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful stay at David's place. The house had absolutely everything we needed and we felt immediately at home. David was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed over our stay. The house was perfect for our monthly getaway: a lot of space, good internet and very comfortable. We enjoyed the proximity with many national and state parks ( lots to do within a 3h drive!). The city of Cortez is big enough to offer some diversity of restaurants, there is a huge park next to the house to take a walk and Mesa Verde and the Sand Canyon are half an hour away. Definitely recommend!

Convenient location in Cortez, CO
Publié le 16 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayI enjoyed my stay! It was quiet, located only a few miles from Mesa Verde National Park, and nearby a wonderful downtown area in Cortez. Clean and homey made for a comfortable stay.

Comfortable and convenient place

We were caught off guard when we came in the second night and found out that he stayed there on the property in a camper right outside the garage. We were never bothered by him but just wanted to make sure to be aware of this. Overall a good place to stay when you are traveling to see mesa Verda national park.

Hi Brenda. If you read the property description it clearly describes that owner liver on property is an adjacent yes separate part of the house and not in a camp trailer. Maybe you need to investigate that he property before you book so that you are not misunderstanding the situation when you arrive. Happy that it was not problem for you . Thank you.

Publié le 8 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe spent Easter weekend at Jeff’s property which is easy to find. Close to the city park and walking trails. The kitchen nicely stocked as we hosted our son snd family for Easter dinner. Would absolutely stay here again.
