Publié le 8 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was in the perfect location for easy access to Cortez and Mesa Verde. There was plenty of space for us to relax after our days full of adventure. It was well stocked which made it easy to make our own meals. I was grateful they had bug spray since the lake attracted mosquitoes.
The deck was so nice to hang out on and there was a lovely view of the lake. Next time we are in the area we would love to stay again.

Location, Views, Historic modern cabin
Publié le 27 août 2024 sur HomeAwayLovely place, views of the lake, Ute Mtn and oh the sunsets. A family cabin, with modern amenities. The deck and lake views were stunning. The modern basement with room for all to play, pool, tv, games. Enjoyed our stay, easy check in, and loved that the family dogs enjoyed the stay and fenced in yard. Kitchen had all the tool needed to make meals and bbq on the deck. Comfortable beds, air conditioning to keep it cool and reliable fast Wifi. Close to Mesa Verde, Cortez, Durango and Telluride for day trips.

Fantastic house for Mesa Verde
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house was excellent for a visit to Cortez and Mesa Verde National Park. It was a fun house with a pool table, darts, plenty of TV's and a hot tub. Kids couldn't stop saying how much they loved the house and being on a lake made it even better. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Adorable home with gorgeous sunset views!
Publié le 23 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was located perfectly for day excursions to Mesa Verde and Durango. We enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Very comfortable furnishings. My only suggestion would be to install screens on the windows and doors. We couldn’t open them at certain times of day due to the bugs.

I absolutely loved staying here
Publié le 26 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis A frame house is one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed. I honestly wish we spent more time there. It’s decorated beautifully and is kept up so well. Super clean and comfortable and the view of the lake was the icing on the cake.
We stayed here so we could go to Mesa Verde and it was the perfect location to do so. It’s also close to town. I totally recommend staying here.

Great place to visit

Very nicely decorated and cozy feeling. Beds were comfortable and view was fantastic.

Perfect Central location for a Fly Fishing Trip
Publié le 25 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis place was just as advertised. It is not a looker from the outside but, it was really nice on the inside. This place was a perfect central hub for a fly fishing adventures in S. Colorado. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Note: As an outdoor enthusiast, 4 large bucks walking into the yard while drinking coffee on the porch was what probably set it over the top...

Perfectly peaceful

Totten Lake getaway
Publié le 3 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was a great house, fantastic location between Mesa Verde NP and Cortez. Very quiet area, beautiful sunsets and star gazing. The house has a great basement/rec room with a pool table and space for the kids to hang out and a nice “living” area that was good for conversation. Bedrooms were comfy and well laid out, our four year old grandson loved the trundle bed. All of this said, I think a deep clean might be in order, the double ovens need a scrub and there was a bit of dust all over.
Outside, we loved the hot tub, perfect place to watch the sun set and there’s a small table placed perfectly for morning sun and afternoon shade! The deck overall needs some boards replaced here and there but we had a great time, got good rest and would definitely stay here again!
