Nice staff, would be nice if you could get a coffee before breakfast starts which wasn’t until 7:30 I believe

This property is a bait and switch. They advertise on their website that every room has a balcony, but that is not true. Secondly, there are no screens on the windows. We opened the windows to let the cool air in while we ate dinner and returned to our room to find bugs and mosquitoes inside. As a result, we had to close the windows all night, which made the room warm. Additionally, at 5:30 am, someone in a nearby room took a shower, and the pipes made a squeaking noise that woke us up. Furthermore, there was major construction on a new building that is going to take a while, and all the construction noise started early. We had very little sleep, and the front desk staff seemed like they couldn't care less. I even pointed out that their website clearly states all rooms have balconies, but they just said sorry. I would never stay there again.

However, in our website it is not stated that standard room have balconies, while we do describe this for other type of rooms. Since you booked from expedia and not from our website probably there was a missunderstanding, if you want you can write us directly next time. Additionally, the construction noise and plumbing issues you experienced are not from our hotel and certainly not up to our standards, and we are addressing these concerns with the hotels that are doing this to prevent such disturbances in the future.We are sorry to hear that our staff did not provide the level of service you deserved. Please know that this is the first time we have this feedback, and we will be conducting additional training to ensure our team is more responsive and attentive to our guests' needs.We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve. The staff was excellent and so was his service. The view towards the Dolomites is breathtaking. It is a vintage hotel, but very appropriate for the place. Breakfast was spectacular. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
