Great location, wonderful service and very clean and modern room. Breakfast is amazing, a la carte service included. Quite expensive for what you get, likely because there is less selection for this quality in Cortina. No air conditioning, which is unacceptable for a property this expensive and they promote that it has - required sleeping with the windows open and since the hotel is on a busy street this meant sleeping was terrible.

Great location in middle of town. traffic noise off main road with terrace door open. No air conditioning but was not too warm. Restaurant was very good and breakfast was excellent

Dear Mr. Scott,Thank you for sharing with us your precious feedback.We are glad you lived a positive experience in every respect and liked our location in the middle of town, our restaurant and our excellent breakfast.Regarding the air conditioning, the room is equipped with a cooling system and, being it made of wood, its role is to keep warm inside. This is the reason why the perceived temperature is higher than it is in reality. In addition, all our doors and windows are sound-proof; this is the reason why our Guests don't hear any noise from outside when they are closed. It goes without saying that, when they are open, we can't garantee the same quiet beacuse the Hotel is located in the downtown, on the main road. Despite this, we hope to host you once again, even at a different time of year. Kind regards,

Excellent and fast check in with answering questions at the same time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Spa was unforgettable with 3 sauna options, jacuzzi pool and view. Dining was Michelin star experience.

Love the friendly staff. We had wonderful wine tasting with Sera and the most delicious Apertivo . Breakfast is terrific . Only negative is one needs Aircon in bedrooms. Have been 3 times will be back .
