Quiet and comfortable

Wet couch and towels
Publié le 16 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayUpon arriving, we sat on a soaking wet couch and then had to wash all of our clothes because we had no idea what we sat on.
We let the property managers know about it and they said “the cleaners had to clean up something on the couch” and said they could bring towels we could use to sit on. I said it was OK because there were towels in the closet. Guess what!?! Those towels were wet too!
After I let them know about that, the property manager didn’t respond.
Glad we only had to stay one night!

We had an unfortunate incident with Arnan’s stay with an inept cleaning company, who is no longer with us. Arnan received a refund of his cleaning fee. The issue has been rectified, and future guests should have no qualms about their experience here, as noted in the other reviews that have came in since this one.

Great little Apartment!
