We booked a king room with kitchenette. At check-in was told that all kitchenettes were sold out, and that this was an error on Expedia's site on advertising suites that are sold out.

Red hair lady at front desk was a sweetheart, the other lady working was rude and was belittling her, and the bar tender. She was also rude to customers. Our room 207 the shower leaked and needed a deep cleaning it was gross and had either coffee stain or dog pee stain on carpet it was gross

The lobby was clean and in good condition. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had an odd odor & the furniture was in poor shape (significant scratches & dings on most furniture & the inner door, and the lamp shade wasn't attached correctly, so appeared "broken"), and the HVAC made very loud noises when running, which disturbed our sleep all night. The breakfast had a lot of variety, but the "scrambled" eggs were very odd, almost like a muffin texture (powdered eggs? or mixed with pancake mix?). I've never seen anything like it. The potatoes were cold, but everything else was nice.

Absolutely will never stay here again. After checking in, go into the bathroom where a nicely folded towel sits with someone else’s hair all over it. Then… my husband gets into bed and his comforter has blood stains on it. He then takes it completely off and there is black lent all on the sheets as if they were never changed. Went to the front desk and he was told that he should have taken photos of the blanket on the bed before bringing it to her. He then asked for a refund and was told that she could not do this because there was not manger today or tomorrow. Told that we would not get a refund because they now cannot sell the room to another customer. Worst customer service I have ever seen. The cleanliness of the whole motel is awful. We looked past it at first but then when we saw the blood that was it. Left immediately. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

I liked the breakfast it was warm, and tasted good, with many options. Staff was friendly and talked with customers and kept area clean and full of all items. The room was very clean including the bathtub. The only bad thing was you could hear the traffic on the road from your room.
