Women hiking trip
Publié le 11 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayLast year my friend and I stayed at a hotel to explore Corydon. We decided to try a VRBO property this year and it couldn’t have been better. Privacy, beauty, space and close to all the places we wanted to explore. Jennifer met us at the cabin and was very welcoming and gave us lots of ideas of places to visit. The rooms and bathroom are small so it was perfect for two women. We are already planning our next trip!

Host was very kind and accommodating even though I goofed the booking. The cabin is two rooms but sweetly decorated and cozy. No wifi but cell service with my carrier. But the spot where the cabin on the Blue River couldn’t be more lovely.

Missi was very helpful when we needed a few things, my suggestion would be to try and fit 2 twin beds in spare bedroom and to clean paddle fans. We stay at a lot of VRBO in the past 7 years and I like all the unique aspects of each rental, loved the screen door making its little noise( reminds me of my grandma) . Would rent with Missi again.

Beautiful little cabin on the river

Being feet from the river was really nice, and being a short drive from Corydon gave us access to great restaurants and a great coffee shop in Kent Java Bar. We'll be visiting again, for sure!

Perfect every time

A river runs through it
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HomeAwayAccess to the Harrison Spring and Blue River made this such a unique experience. We enjoyed taking a nice dip and listening to the water at night. It’s peaceful here which is what we are looking for. Bonus was the charcoal outdoor grill. The steaks cooked beautifully.
